A few nights ago a large tree in my backyard slipped and was literally leaning against my home. I called TreePros and immediately reached their office and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I was very concerned about the tree falling and causing major damage to my home especially with another storm approaching soon. An estimator arrived on time Wednesday and a written proposal was received within hours of the visit. I authorized the job and a 4 member crew arrived on time for the removal Thursday morning. I ended up having a 2nd tree removed and I was amazed with the efficient and organized process. They completed both removals and the clean up in slightly over 1 hour. I must say I would definitely use them again.

These people have no intelligence. They have one big fat guy barking orders at people that don’t speak English. There estimitor should be on homeland security watch list. Further more the ownet is a nazi that won’t even provide the right equipment for personnel to use.

I am very happy with the work done we had done by Tree Pros! We had a very huge and very messy tree in our front yard that was just wreaking havoc on our grass and yard. Not to mention the scary branches hanging over the house. Tree Pros did some work for our friends so I contacted them for a quote. They came back cheaper than any other company so we immediately booked them. It was SO easy, we didn’t even have to be home while they worked. We went to work and by the time we got home the tree was gone. How easy is that? Emily in the main office was very nice and helpful and always responded to my questions right away. Would highly recommend Tree Pros for all of your tree needs!

These guys were cutting trees down in our neighbors yard. They left a ton of debris in our yard. They were incredibly rude to us when we simply asked why the trees needed to come down. The head guy kept trying to start a fight with us. We aren’t the ones who hired them this time, but you can be sure we will never hire them for anything. I hope you won’t as well!

Contracted with this company 12⁄2010 to remove trees and stumps. They didn’t complete per contract. Called «Phil» estimator 6 times, finally he agree twice to complete, «Customer Satisfaction». Phil never followed through a year later.
I called manager Brent Frank 12⁄2011. He inspected, lots of excuses, arguments, threats. Won’t agree to complete. Major hassle.

So far have had the same experience trying to get a call back… I’ll update if I ever get any wood!
Update: I finally got wood at a good price and was what I expected. Main problem with this company is it takes quite a while to hear back and I think I talked to 4 or 5 different people and told 4 or 5 different people what I wanted, my callback number etc before got anything accomplished.

Called this company to get an estimate and never even received a call back after a week. Not surprissed as this seems to be the satus quo for this type of business at this time of year. Out of 4 campanies I called-​only one returned my call at all. Wow-​tough to be a homeowner that need a tree trimmed when I guess there is ton’s of business for the tree guys eh?
