Do not order photos from here NO HELP AT ALL!!! Had graduation photo for present ordered frame but Walgreens had no photo for me so frustrating didn’t even over to order at another store Now no present at graduation. Glad I went to another Walgreens try to avoid this store for photos.

This place is a joke. After waiting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and not having a single person at least say they’d be with us shortly is just plain ridiculous. Left without even getting my prescription. What a waste of time.

I live right across the street from this Walgreens so it’s very convenient to just walk over there for goodies & redbox! They only have one redbox there BUT it always has the best selection even during the weekends because no one thinks to check the redbox there for the most part… Regarding the customer service, it’s either really good or very bad haha.

1 and ½ hour wait for a very simple prescription no insurance involved. (oh no insurance because they deleted my information out of the system) so cash payment it is. Pharmacist gave the medical instructions over the load speaker to the car next to me (can we say Hippa Law).

Horrible customer service. Waited for 40 mins in the drive thru line for service only to be told what my doctor and I both discussed with this this freaking pharmacy at 11am today was not completed and I will have to wait another 20mins!!! Are your freaking kidding me! Taking my service else where you guys suck!

This Walgreens is close to my house. Dropping off a red box moivie The Cobbler with Adam Sandler, it was pretty good, comedy. Seems like I am always stopping by for something. The manager and people who work here are kind and helpful.

Horrible custmer service in pharmacy! Thought it would be convenient being close to my Dr by the hospital. They told me to wait 30 min and it be ready. I waited in parking lot in the shade cz it was hot, mind you I live across town (but love my Dr) so
30 min were up and a different girl in drive thru rudely says I can’t get it until tmrw when I had no restrictions. I asked why and she snotty voice says, because that’s what we said.
Gave me no explanation at all. I called and complained and after I pick it up tmrw I will never go back! Worst pharmacy ever!

30 minute wait in The DRIVE THRU of the 24 hour pharmacy at midnight. Very bad service

I really hate this location. They’re always busy, yet there is only one cashier. They wait until the line is 5 or 6 people deep to call for help. This happens EVERY time I go into this store. I notice it even when I’m just returning a movie to Redbox.

Review for pharmacy only:
1. Terrible customer service. For the last 7 years consistently. This is very close to my house which is why I have stayed. The 24 hr factor is helpful when there is an emergency. But for everyday Rx’s this place is TERRIBLE!
2. Always a long line and RX never done on time.
3. They can’t seem to take a refill and order from the Dr and then have it ready. Almost every time I refill they say they don’t have the refill order or that it went it a different profile and then I have to come back.
4. When my Dr sends the refill order. Somehow walgreens never seems to be able to find it.
5. Every time I have to fill or refill I have to make multiple calls to walgreens to run interference due to their complete lack of competency.
Walgreens management where are you?!! This location is only getting worse and no one seems to care. No one seems to be concerned with losing revenue do to customers going elsewhere. What a shame.

So in the past I have used the Walgreens pharmacy to pickup one of my own meds. It was always the same thing every time so it seemed to go pretty painlessly. Today I helped a friend pickup her medications, the guy at the counter was being pretty rude. To me customer service is everything, especially if your in a competitive industry because the customer can choose to go wherever he or she wants.
So they say it’s not bad to ask questions right? Well tell that to the guy with the bad attitude behind the counter, he needs to work on some people skills because he has none. Especially when your in the line of work that he is.
Two stars instead of one because the other guy behind the counter was a little more friendly.
I liked their snack selection and their store itself is nice. People are friendly, but who knows maybe this guy was just having a bad day.

I always find things I need and am looking for when I come here. They have friendly knowledgeable staff, and there hours are great too! I like the drive threw pharmacy window, it makes for easy pick up and drop off.
I would reccomend checking out Walgreens for your prescription needs, and also look out for there great sales, and savings store wide.

It’s Walgreens, what do you expect. They are not concerned with how clean the store looks because they know they are just about your only choice to get a prescriptions at 0300. You do have to admit, though, they have some of the coolest crap in town. That product not sold in stores? HA! Go to Walgreens next week they will have it. Good buy on a lot of stuff also but watch out, they stab you in the eye with a stick on other stuff.

Had bought a bbq here and a week later found out we didn’t need it so I wanted to return it. Couldn’t find the receipt to save my life though. Tried to return it, product being fully intact and never opened, and was treated like trash. The looks that the manager on duty gave me were that of «ohhh you’re one of those people who just wants to return shit for the fun of it and get back your money.» Got the money back on a giftcard, but left feeling guilty as if I had inconvienced him and had just wanted my money back to buy alcohol or something… Not a way to treat your honest customers!

Prescription service par excellence!!! Always a bargain for the senior budget.
Better yet, it’s within walking distance and when it isn’t can always be found nearby.

Customer service is horrible. Stopped by on our way to a friends to get a bday card and some soda and all of the workers were totally incompetent! One register was being slowed down by customers that were claiming some chocolates were on sale and while employees were trying to find the so called coupon they said they saw, the employee at the counter stood there. She could have moved them aside and helped the growing line of customers which were waiting for at least 10 minutes. The other employee at the register locked herself out because she entered her wrong Id number 5 times, so that register was also closed! So no one was moving. There was even yelling going on around the store as the employees way of communicating to each other. Even the so called manager was extremely rude to the employees in front of the customers and did not offer to help open a register even though he saw the line. He just disappeared after he helped the employees at the register! I will never go back!!!

Chris in the pharmacy helped me out big time. I forgot my daily meds in OC. He gave me enough to get through my trip. Great help thank you Chris!

This is one of the few Walgreens that has a pharmacy open 24 hours. Others places claim to be open but the only thing open 24 hours is the store front. That’s useless. I called the pharmacy department at 10:00PM and spoke to a gentleman who’s name I believe was Aaron. He was courteous, patient, professional and took the time to discuss a few things with me over the phone prior to getting the prescription filled.
I really like Walgreens as a whole but now that I know this one is open round the clock for prescriptions that need to be filled after late ER visits… I will look no further.

I hate Walgreens. Always dirty. Always creepy. And why are there people hanging out in the drive thru pharmacy? No thanks.
