Wanted to say thanks to the guys at WCM for quick service today!
If anyone is looking for quick, honest, quality service hit them up also pricing on parts and service hands down the best!

One of the last genuine and honest repair shops left in the area, I do 99% of the repair work on my bike myself but wanted a quote before I dove into my bike myself for major work. WCM beat others prices by quite a bit. I decided to do it myself and bought parts from them, they charged me less than 50% of what other shops were charging in the area.

Service is Gr8, prices are Gr8, place is a little is messy but h8rs gonna h8. The main man Rob and his awesome crew have been wrenching my CBR for almost 5 years and Ive yet to find a shop like them for the price. Stop by and quote your needs, youll like these guys with their sense of humor and service with a smile.

I love this place. I have suggested them to at least five of my riding friends. I had not been back in awhile and needed new tires for my FJR1300. They had a great deal on some Bridgestone S-20’s for $ 250.00 for both tires. They charge a lot lower for mounting and balancing than taking your bike to the dealer. I honestly would suggest this shop to anyone regardless of what kind of bike they ride. Great customer service and great prices. Simply awesome!

I’ve been going to west coast motorz for three years now and in that time have taken all 6 of my prior bikes there. They have done everything from tire changes to full on tear downs to prep for frame straightening.
The work is always done quickly and Rob always communicates exactly what is going on. Cody, Sean, and Nick the other techs are always friendly and consistently putting out good work.
They do price match on parts online and can usually get stuff next day or at least in a couple days.
I would highly recommend this shop for any motorcycle needs.

While I’ve only (so far) depended upon WCM for tire mounting and balancing, the service is always quick, done right, and for a price that has other shops beat. All with a smile and personal attention that feels genuine. I prefer to do my own servicing, but if something looks to be beyond my capabilities, I’ll look here first for service.

I own 2 HD’s and was very skeptical about having my bikes serviced by a bunch of rice-​rocket morons. Ok, so I was wrong in this one instance; maybe even worse than wrong, but let’s get to what I have to say instead. Called and made an appt. and was greeted by Robert at the door. Gave him my list of «needs» and problems and he took detailed notes and said he’d go over the bikes from front-​to-​back and give me an estimate. True to his word he called me 2 days later and told me what I needed and I agreed to let him fix both bikes. I will NEVER patronize another bike shop ever again other than WCM. Robert, you did an outstanding job and I am so impressed that you’re receiving this recommendation with enthusiasim and in all honesty. Did a major service on both bikes and repaired a nagging oil leak on my Fatboy that has baffled the last 2 shops. Even bought a new rear tire for my Bagger and as well. They were completed in a timely manner and for less than originally thought. He even cleaned them both for me. I do have 2 bolts on order and he said he’d call me when they arrive and he’d put them on at no charge. I will tell all HD riders that this is the place to go for repairs and service. This was above, far above, my highest expectations.
Give him a call and just talk with him and you’ll see what I mean. It was worth the drive from Rocklin to see him. Small place and not a lot of stuff for the HD rider, but I am not there to buy clothing. I am there to maintain my HD’s and have them serviced. Robert, you have made a believer out of me. Now for the suprise news: I also own a Honda as well as 2 HD’s. Does my Honda Elite qualify as a bike? :-P

Rob and Kim have taken care of me every time I visit. No need to go anywhere else for Motorcycle repair\service needs.

It’s good to have a cycle shop that shows a great interest in the customer’s needs instead of just trying make profit. WCM did a routine maintenace and changed my sprockets/​chain at a way cheaper cost than the dealers and encouraged me to bring the bike back if I had any problems down the road. Awesome!

All you riders, especially sport, that live out near WCM are so lucky!
I seem to have nothing around here that resembles WCM.
I found WCM while visiting SCR’s forum looking for tires. Low and behold there was a «club» deal for Bridgestones that I had heard good things about on my CBR.
I called and spoke with Ben. Ben was not only informative but well aware of my machine and considered my riding mods and skills when recommending my tires. And what a price!
As soon as the shipment came in I got the call. Tossed both my RR rims into the trunk and dropped them off on my lunch break, met Rob (!another Duck rider) and picked them up the next day.
I looked at a year old bill I had from another wheel off tire install and even with the cheater brand/​type of tire (the WCM’s were BT 003), the cost of the tires and especially the installation labor (WCM was $ 25), made it a over $ 100 on the +side.
Since then I’ve gotten tires for my 76 GL, 62 Tohatsu and my Ducati all from WCM!
Gloves, jackets and BOOTS! T shirts and all sorts of other stuff besides my favorite ~ a bit of bench racing. Everyone there is a rider and has ridden with others in the area. A big plus

This is a small shop so they don’t have a very large selection of parts and apparel on hand but they DO have all the essentials for servicing your ride. They are also able to get everything that anyone else can get within a couple days. They’ll price match all the big places too.
Customer service is good without being over the top; this place will give it to you straight like an old school shop.
Labor rates are low and the level of expertise is high. They also do paint work at a level higher than most body shops in the area.
Bonus points for having cool carbon fiber parts and aluminum wheels for sale on hand.

I stopped in here the other day at the recommendation of a friend. I didn’t need anything in particular, but just wanted to get a feel for the place and it’s owner. I was greeted straight away by the owner Robert and a total sweetheart named Kim. I was shown around the shop and then shown the workshop area and introduced to the techs back there. The workshop was clean and organized. I saw 2 different bikes put through there during my visit. Both were simple tire and sprocket/​tire changes. But the work was done in a timely manner.
I saw that Robert had just received a new shipment of fairly high end gloves so I asked if I could look through them. While looking, I saw a pair that I really liked and had seen at another shop. I liked them, but knew that the price on them was more than what I wanted to pay. Without asking, Robert offered to discount the gloves for me since he saw that I was eyeballing them. That says something to me. Everyone I met was very personable and the shop looked to be on the level. I wouldn’t have any issue with taking my bike there for service or shopping for any gear that I may need in the future. Well done Robert, Kim, and crew!

I was looking for a motorcycle shop in Sacramento and looked all over the place. The dealerships are too busy during the riding season for any customer service and charge an arm & a leg. So I took the advice of friends on a local forum and tried out WCM. They are not huge but they are a one stop shop. They can tune up your bike, fixed your wrecked bike or do some painting if you wished. They hooked me up with a chain, sprockets, and tires and I was out the door the same day. Thanks Sean for all your help and great customer service. I am sold on this shop; I will be back and telling all my friends to come here because this is the spot for motorcycle maintenance and accessories. They don’t stock everything but if they don’t have they can order it!

WCM is a good spot!!! I love this place and they always take care of me. Motorcycles and WCM are a good match. Whatever you need they can do it. The owner ROB is really cool and will not let you down. I get all of my major work done here. Good motorcycle shop!!!

A good place to get your bike tuned. They carry a small line of apparel and parts. Robert can easily order any parts you may want. They sell aftermarket plastics for you bike, but be warned that you may have to do a little fabrication to make it fit. They usually have deals on items throughout the year so it doesn’t hurt to drop in and see what they have to offer.
