Recently brought my baby to get her ears pierced .The piercing came out fine. However I was really disappointed with the customer service. The girl who did the piercing by the name of Sabrina was very rude the whole time. i would ask a question and she would respond with «it’s in the paper work» literally didn’t make eye contact until it was time to pay. As a mother and paying customer ofcourse your going to have simple questions or concerns when it comes to your child. and as an employee if you do not want to answer questions about an ear piercing maybe you shouldn’t pierce ears for a living… its not my fault you still work at the mall :/​Very rude.

I went In here today to buy a necklace and there was a huge crowd of people; and only one employee who was piercing ear It took me an hour to get out of the store. This shows very bad management and has made me not want to come back. There should always be someone working the cashier.

Took my girl here today for her ear piercing… LOVED it… the ladies are awesome, make it so easy for her… two people one work on left and one work on the right ear. Fast, simple, almost pain free…
Got tons of coupon afterward for her future purchase…

My niece loves shopping here. She likes all the sparkly stuff. I don’t care for the workers here. They’re not very friendly or helpful. They seem very unhappy to have customers or a job. The skinny girl with dark hair seems especially annoyed at her job. she is the assistant manager… too bad :(

As I said, I seldom come to the mall except to get what I need and go.
I wanted to browse around for a birthday gift for my friend’s daughter turning 3 in a few weeks. She is a girly girl so I wanted to see what I can get for here in a place like this.
Just by looking at this place, it is totally for a girly girl. They had a special, buy 2 earring sets and get 1 free. I figured, what else can a little girl love more than starting her new collection on jewelry:)
