Came in for a deposit. The representatives here are very friendly. They helped the people who are waiting in line with paperwork to speed up the process. They also offer complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Upon arrival two bankers had «just walked back in.» Leaving me in line behind a person needing assistance with his account. Someone wanting to open an account was «rescheduled.» One of the recently returned bankers seemed to walk around aimlessly while the other provided assistance. He checked voicemail before offering to help anyone. He acknowledged me and the other client — to whom he said «whatcha doin’ here, bud?» to the back of his head. In short, leaving one banker to help everyone.

I’m usually the babysitter when it comes to getting banks to do what they say… so it was a Shock to come into Chase and have THEM do all the work for you! They ask to be rated on a scale from 1 – 10, if I could give them 100 I would! When our banker said that he submitted our direct deposit form to our employer within 5 minutes of signing up an account, my jaw dropped. I’m usually the middle man, I’m usually the one who has to deal with all of the responsibility, otherwise things will not get done right. This place is fantastic, the only finger I had to lift, was when I signed my papers. Kudos, you guys have officially become the #1 bank of all time!!!
