Doug Mendenhall has been advising people on how to leverage real estate transactions for tax benefit and for investment gain for 20 years. He started lending residential mortgages 8 years ago after seeing how many people needed help to understand the opportunity in real estate investing.

Doug Mendenhall began his career in business working for large corporations and eventually became the CEO of Cerulic, Inc. in 1999. He has since started six ventures and continues to actively invest. Doug semi-​retired in 2003 and began helping friends invest in real estate lending his own funds. He enjoyed the process and now advises clients on how to invest and accumulate wealth so they may retire early and achieve financial freedom.

In 2006, Doug wrote his first book entitled, Spark! Which highlights distinctions between young children and adults. Many adults had lost their enthusiasm and passion for life. The book provides a process to bring back the spark for the reader.

Doug has been in the lending industry for the past eight years and continues to help clients structure their debt to maximize return on assets. He is genuinely dedicated to educate others on how to achieve financial freedom and the benefits of owning real estate.
