If I could give no stars I would. First they messed up my order and tried to charge me again for the«correct» stuff. While all this is happening there were 9 cars stacked up behind us. As a business they should know sometimes losing a dollar for their mistake is worth being timely and keeping customers happy. Then on top of that they gave me the wrong order. They need to figure what’s not working there as both the manager and employee were rude to me for their mistake.

Decent McDonald’s…I’ve heard they mess up on orders frequently and that the drive thru is exceedingly slow. But I haven’t really experienced that

Nice! Cleanest Mickey d I’ve been to. Wish there was a playground though. We spilled our ketchup on the floor and they were so nice about it and cleaned it up. I don’t eat fast food but my boy liked his fries and cone!

Soooooooooooooo slow! This is not an exaggeration and I am sure I have encountered the slowest service at a McDonald’s ever. I have come to this McDonald’s enough times to confidently say, this is truly the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s right by our house but holy cow I could have driven to the one on 212 and come back way faster than waiting in line like this. I bet I could get to the one by the mall and back too. Come on guys, this is pretty bad. It’s such a nice building and area too.(I’ve been in line for 12 min and counting.) Anyway the last couple times I have been here the service was horrible and the people were rude. They’ve got attitude problems. Are they freaking getting the cows fresh or something? I’m still in freaking line!!! It’s been another 6 minutes. Oh and get this, when we ordered they didn’t say hi or anything. Dead silence for a good three to four minutes before anyone said anything. They told us that we had to pay cash or we couldn’t order. We said that’s fine. And then she didn’t ask us if we wanted to order. This was just the weirdest and longest McDonald’s experience I’ve had in 30 years. And it really is too bad it’s the one closest to me. We finally got to the pick up window and it’s been another 5 minutes. Now we are just sitting here waiting for our food. I think we pulled into the line at 12:28. It’s 12:49… And We are still waiting. Mindy Meyer and Family(sign on window stating who it’s owned by) should really consider evaluating the customer service and experience, or lack there of, their staff is giving. It’s 12:51, we are still waiting. Finally! Pulling out its 12:52. Almost 39 minutes, this is ridiculous!

New McDonald’s means new employees unfortunately. The service is rude and in a hurry. Food is standard issue and the building is greattttttt

This new McDonalds is not good. First staff is short and rude. Ordered artisian chicken sandwich asked for extra mayo — 20 cents extra!, asked for pickles — 25 cents extra! Then I get my order to go there is no ketchup packets in bag. I ask for ketchup she hands me one packet! I asked if I could have 5 more(I like ketchup with my fries) she said that is 50 cents extra! A guy next to me wanted one more ranch dipping dressing because he only got 2 with 4 orders she said they were 25 cents each! Customer next to me had a fit. Furthermore fries I got were the ends of the batch… cold stale and dry asked if I could get fresh fries she retorted«did you eat any?» I said«yeah that’s how I know they are cold and stale»…she refused to give me fresh fries… FYI I only ate 3. Goodbye McDonalds… Jack and Carl are my new friends! Complained to corporate I was so miffed.

So We decided to stop on our way home to get two sodas. Went thru the drive thru. First McDonald’s to make us wait to order. When I ordered my first drink that guy said«is that all» like he was disappointed on what I ordered. Then after ordering we get to the first window, the car in front of us had cars in front so we couldn’t get to the window. The guy Travis, looked at us and then at the car in front of us and told us we can go more forward. We told him we will wait and he looked annoyed and shut his window. As we went forward we saw him telling another guy Jose about what he told us and telling him we could’ve gotten forward. All for a 2.00 order. If we would have gotten closer it wasn’t going to get my order any faster and I probably would have hit the guy in front of us. Not a good experience for our first time at this location.

The bulldozers were moving dirt around for a good while across Sunnyside Road from the center with Safeway and Rite Aid at roughly SE122nd. No one really talked about what was going to go in there, where a larger 1-story ranch home from the ‘60s on a large lot used to be. However, as the framing kept moving along, it was apparent it would be a fast food retail pad. And then, it became obvious that«the Golden Arches» would be one of the staples at this very busy corner in Happy Valley. For a McDonald’s to get less than a 3 stars would beg the question, «What’s up with that?» This McDonald’s gets 4 stars. For one thing, this new location is very appealing, and that applies to the restaurant building and how it is finished as well as to how the restaurant is sited. Also, the service was very friendly and efficient, even though they were busy with grand opening week type crowds. As for the food, well, it’s reliable and, if you’re looking for predictability, then McDonald’s almost always delivers. Kudos to this MickeyD’s for their opening week specials. With many years ahead in which to bring in customers and rake in the coin at this convenient location, complete with a protected left turn, easy access, and parking, they have a few nice specials going on which, while not freebies, are real«roll backs.» The grand opening specials will end soon. Sadly, they had Big Macs for 99 cents for a couple of days and I missed that. I much prefer a Big Mac over a Quarter Pounder with cheese — much better tasting and only about 20 additional calories. However, I got to experience the cheap thrill of dining on 2 Quarter Pounders with cheese for $ 3.00. Welcome to the neighborhood, McDonald’s in Happy Valley.
