Description

Specialties

Nearly every item on The Old Spaghetti Factory’s menu is made on-site from scratch, using fresh ingredients. Unlike most italian restaurants, when you order our entrees, we serve you a complete 3 course meal, which includes bread, soup or salad, and dessert. In addition to our regular menu, our famous kid’s menu has great complete meal options for children ages 12 and under.

We offer special treats and fun activities to help encourage everyone to feel at home in our family friendly restaurants. Our restaurants have banquet rooms that are great for group events, birthdays, banquets or we can bring the party to you with our fantastic off-site catering services for large groups.

History

Established in 1969.

For nearly 100 years, the Dussin family has shared our love of food and good company with millions of guests across America. Guss & Sally Dussin opened the first Old Spaghetti Factory in Portland, Oregon on January 10, 1969. They knew that honesty, dignity, respect, hard work, and guest satisfaction were the recipe for dining success. The Old Spaghetti Factory is still family owned and operated today. We welcome you to join us for a memorable dining experience at any of our 40+ locations across the United States.

Business Owner

Guss and his wife Sally started The Old Spaghetti Factory. Sally Dussin helped shape the dining experience by outfitting OSF interiors with eclectic antiques, an interest that would become her full-time creative pursuit and a labor of love.
