Please be Very Careful about going here… I would highly recommend you go elsewhere! They have Great Doctors and have helped me quite a bit… BUT, the front desk is the Gate Keeper and I came here with my service dog for a year and Never had /​or asked about a leash, and the day before I had to put my dog to sleep I was given a hard time and had to put my sick service dog in the hot car. This staff is the worst and no help… I Would Never Recommend this clinic…

I would review this facility based on level of care, however I’m finding it impossible to even get an appointment. They emailed me a consent form to fill out and return, and I returned three copies with each filled out for a different hospital or doctor. According to the email correspondence, all three requests for medical records have yet to be replied to, and it has been 30 days at this writing. The person I am in contact with does not seem to think it’s unusual that all three requests have gone unanswered, and she gives no indication that WP&S plans on exerting any effort to find out what happened. It’s the oddest admission policy I’ve ever encountered — first of all for assessing people sight unseen, and secondly I seem to be getting stone walled by a less than competent office drone who has a condescending email style. It’s infuriating. I have real, chronic pain going on, and these people want to play games. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible. ZERO STARS! Making an appointment is impossible, medical assistant is always «away from her desk». Tried making an appt before my meds ran out and no luck. Now I have no meds and the worse pain of my life.
The doctor barely does an exam, tries to see you on a bunch of products and services instead. Whole appt seems rushed. Just bad. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to.

I too was a dumped patient. Very unethical. No referral. One word to sum up this business: unreliable.

I have had some extremely bad experiences at this clinic. I was unable to get an appt. with the Dr. I was referred to. He was too «busy». I was given an appt. with another Dr. (?). My initial consult was a rush job. He never even took a complete physical exam, nor did he get an oral history from me. I asked if he received my records from previous Dr. & he said yes, «stacks of them», however he preferred to meet the patient and make his own opinion. After 5 months of appts. with this Dr., it is clear he has never read my records.
After one botched epidural, and an exceedingly brutal trigger point procedure (that put me into a full fibromyalgia episode), enduring 4-​days w/​o pain meds because he didn’t take care of an insurance pre-​auth., (never mind that the pharmacy had been contacting him daily for 17 days!!!), routinely waiting extensive periods of time for normal routine refills (anywhere from 10days-​45days), at the 3 month point I requested to this Dr. that we were Not working well together and that I did not feel he had my best interests at heart; I requested he refer me immediately to one of his partner physicians. He said he would talk to them. That was two months ago. My care has been non-​existent since then. I am a retired RN. I know how to advocate for myself. NEVER have I seen anything like this! I have taken it to the office administrator, & in all fairness she helped initially get a couple refills done, but she is aware of ALL, and no longer will take my calls.
People, this is a nightmare. I cannot sleep. I am unable to get on with the usual things because I’m way past time for my usual epidural that keeps me upright & moving. I don’t want to get more into it than that, suffice it to say I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
It seems that these Dr.‘s from Willamette Pain & Spine Center are more intent on rapid expansion thru the area of Multiple Centers, without regard to the Quality of Care Achieved.
Take Heed. They don’t care about you, like the previous reviewer said. The one star is for the overworked med assistants and office staff. They do their best.

Stay away — they don’t care about your health. When a nurse practitioner in their West Linn office left — they just dumped her patients. No referrals or assistance.
They care more for your insurance than your health.
