Not a company I would recommend or ever use again. I spent top dollar to get quality appliance’s installed and have had nothing but problems. Problems with the appliances and problems with Voss. They are unreliable which is just unacceptable.

My elderly parents had to buy a washer in a rush. Rick told the time to show them what they wanted and patiently explained everything to them. He went out of his way to accommodate their disabilities which was massive brownie points in my book. His prices were very reasonable and his delivery is amazing. Not only do they deliver the merchandise, they bring all new hoses, install it, show you how to use it, and remove your old one. If you are helping seniors make a purchase this is the place to take them!
