All American Mini Storage

This place is a freaken joke! Where do I even begin?!? I can’t even call their customer service bad because they have NONE! They are NEVER in the office during their «office hours» and when they are they «don’t have manager access» to fix over charges or errors on their part. We have literally been trying to fix this issue (driving from riverside) EVERY day for the past week or so and something has «come up» every time with no resolution. I can’t wait till this gets resolved because they will definitely lose my mother in law and my family as customers. Bullshit of a place.

Clean place with easy access but don’t be a day late on your rent or they charge a late fee that no matter what the reason (changed banks and auto pay didn’t go through) they will not waive the fee… Claiming they can’t. Give me a break. I was a hassle free customer for two years with my rent delivered automatically. I moved my things out due to the poor customer service… And all over a $ 10 late fee. Plenty of other storage facilities to use.

Vicky the manager has no clue what customer service is, she does NOT respect your privacy my ex husband was given all of my private information. I do not recommend this place. The prices are decent but NOT worth the headache.

This place is a JOKE!!! The (so called) manager Vicki is the world’s worst «manager» in the world and it’s a shock to me she even has a job. This place is down right DISGUSTING!!! They are rodent and bug infested and claim they have traps but if you look they are old and have more then likely been there since the day they opened. I moved my stuff in a year ago and should have left then because almost all my things were ruined due to the infestation plus the door to my unit doesn’t fully close and Vicki knew this and did nothing about it. So I had her come down to my unit and take a look, it took her 30 minutes to hop in her golf cart and drive down to my unit with some random guy and as we pulled out the damaged things (which included 2 brand new mattresses and box springs worth $ 1800.00 total) right there on the ground partially under my brand new couch was a huge dead RAT!!! And what did ol’ Vicki do, well she said oh wow and took a picture then had the random guy sweep it up. So then she took a few more pictures and said she was writing a report and giving it and the pictures to a higher up. We’ll it’s been 5 months and no response so I called and she basically told me oh well we are not responsible but I can give u rat poison and could get the door fixed if I leave it unlocked. Are you F***ING kidding me. I hope no one else goes here and I pray they go out of business for all the bad they do. Please don’t let this be you writing a review like this. Best of luck to those who choose to ignore. I found a great place where customer service is awesome. I’m out of here and I am leaving a mark and that’s a promise! :) P. s I would have never gave them one star but I had to.

Unfortunately this place has been nothing but a headache. Vicky the manager has no clue what customer service all about. I have only been their 2 months and even threaten to call my commanding officer. I’ll be moving my out ASAP. Very rude. Ps the gentleman that works in the front office is very nice and polite. But BEWARE of the MANAGER Vicky is aggressive specially after I explained I would rather complain to the BBB for the harassing phone calls and letters that my unit was on a lien. I’m not sure how their billing system works and neither does she because my unit rent was pain on time. She finally figured it out my payment was made on time and was still belligerent. STAY AWAY

Good customer service, clean place and easy to move into. I got a upper storage for decent size for under $ 70 a month. First month FREE! They have locks available to buy and office in front can take payment each month cash or card. Hours could be extended but its not to bad they close around 5 Sun-​Thurs and 6 Fri-​Sat. Elevators are helpful and place is secure and has cameras. I feel good about leaving my stuff here so far. I would recommend it.
