I am a Realtor who lives in Claremont with my family and have been so blessed and fortunate at this stage in my career to have received the majority of my clients from referrals and word of mouth.

To most of my clients, I am more of a real estate concierge. I have an extensive network of vendors (designers, landscapers, contractors, home stagers, etc.) that I work with to make my clients’ real estate objectives a reality.

Jacob Swodeck occupies a unique niche in the real estate field. He is an active top Keller Williams agent, with over 1,100 closed transactions to his credit. He began his real estate career in 1999. He is also a nationally known real estate educator who has trained over 30,000 agents about many different areas of real estate. In addition to delivering keynote presentations, he prepares industry updates for large national agent-​networks, conducts Distressed Property National Update webinars for the National Association of Realtors, and coaches hundreds of agents through his M.A.P.S. Short Sale Inner Circle coaching community. Swodeck also personally conducts live training events, as well as seminars and webinars for major brands including Keller Williams, Prudential Realty, and trade groups such as the National Association of Realtors®.
