Tonight I stopped in at this McDonald’s slightly after 10 o’clock and was amazed how busy it was. When I walked in there was a massive line waiting to order which meant that it took a while to get served. When it was finally my turn I was warmly greeted by the employees here. Even under pressure they were really polite and professional. I ordered two McChickens which were delicious. They were cooked fresh and for that fact weren’t dehydrated. If the place wasn’t so packed and I could have be out sooner I would have definitely rated this place higher. Not a bad spot!

If only I could give negative stars. WENOLONGERFOHERE. Where to start, so many stories. Number one McDonalds in general is disgusting and horrible for you. But if left with no other option, avoid this one! Worst McDonalds ever. Especially at night, you will run into having your order wrong or getting a big mac with just the burger and bread. BUTTHATASIDEHEREISONESTORY. Went there for a simple burger and a couple large fries. Took forever. Help was rude. Always is so this is no surprise. After the wait we got the food. Upon leaving, we found the fries to be cold and stale. We turned around and went right back through. Same girl working the counter. Told her the fries were cold and stale. She stated she didn’t recognize us from 2min earlier! Refused to honor receipt. Unbelievable. egg mc muffins and hash browns. Maybe an orange juice. That’s all id recommend here.

You know, I don’t think anyone expects much from McDonald’s. However, considering it is a fast food restaurant, I would hope that I, along with other customers, am able to get my food quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case a few nights ago. The customer service here is bad. A line of four people ready to get their orders taken waited about 10 – 15 minutes, being completely ignored by the rest of the staff. I understand that the staff was busy for a late Wednesday night and they had to take care of the drive-through, make food, and fix the smoothie machine all while under-staffed. Still, at the very least, I would think that someone would acknowledge the fact that people were waiting to be helped. Tell them that they’d be helped in a minute. I also waited about fifteen minutes seeing as I was the one who ordered the smoothie. I also ordered a Big Mac that sat on the counter for the entire time the women were working on the machine. By the time I got both my smoothie and burger, the Big Mac was lukewarm AND there wasn’t even any lettuce on it. C’mon! Thankfully for them, the smoothie was delicious.
