I take me and my husbands clothes here and I have always come back. Not only do they do an amazing job, but Jenn, her mother, Janice (I think her name is) and John are the sweetest. If you have too many clothes, John always comes out, helps you with the clothes and opens your door for you. I can’t help but smile and laugh because he always does it so cheerfully with a big smile on his face. Their customer service is excellent. And I’m also in love with their dog. :)

I purchased a romper on sale online & when I tried it on it was a bit too big. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I stopped by this place to try to get it altered.
The exterior and interior is beautiful. One of the nicest dry cleaning places I have been too. The first time I came on a Wednesday and the seamstress was off. Today I came in and explained to her the problem. She quoted me 40 $ explaining that it was a lot of work. (The romper has a zipper that runs along the side & a lace trim around my legs) the price in my opinion was ridiculous. It was almost double the price of my romper.
I’m pretty sure she does a beautiful job on altering clothes based on all the positive reviews but there are plenty of places that would do it for half the price. (I ended up going down the street that charged me 15 $)

I have always had good experiences at Miller’s Claremont Laundry & Dry Cleaning. I bring all of my dry cleaning here. They also have on site alterations which I’ve used to adjust the length of my pants and skirts. Very nice friendly staff and professional results.

I brought in a satin BCBG dress, which was beyond being rescuing. The owner & her daughter thoroughly inspected my dress and both shook their head, that is when the owner replied, «we can’t promise anything, but we’ll try our best to get the stains out». To my dismay, Millers worked miracles on my dress, the stains were out and they made my dress look like brand new.

These people are very unethical. They are thieves! They pretend as though they appreciate your business, but they will damage your garments and when you bring it to their attention, they turn it on you and say you brought it to them damaged. They are manipulators– AVOID bringing ANY clothes to them, especially your expensive garments to them, you’ll regret it! They will encourage you to bring your expensive pieces to them only for monetary gain to satisfy their greed. The more expensive your clothes are, the more they charge you for services, yet they’re not experienced with high-​end clothing! The 4.5 stars and reviews on here have been given by the proprietors and their children to create the false impression that they are decent. The interior of this place looks regal, but it’s all an illusion– there’s nothing regal about the abysmal customer service.

I definitely recommend this dry cleaners. The place is neatly decorated which gives a very inviting vibe and it really is! The workers are very pleasant, customers are greeted right when they walk in. I’m sure they handle the clothes with just as much importance!

Friendly staff & impeccable service! From shirts to suits, they do it all! Clothes come out looking better than ever, free of stains and wrinkles :) They also have a top-​notch tailor who can alter anything to fit like a dream! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wardrobe!

Fast and accommodating service. They handled an «emergency load» of garments for us, that we needed on same day for funeral service. Slightly pricy, but worth the extra cost for professionalism and expedience.

I love this place! I dropped off some items when I was in town visiting a friend and the employees were super friendly and everything looked great when I went to pick them up. I was nervous because I was only in town a few days but they did a great job and I’ll definitely go again next time I’m in town.

Came here in desperate need to get pants altered in 24 hours. They were able to do it and didn’t charge extra! Started bringing dry cleaning here and their turn around rate is quick! Extra bonus is the building is very nice and admirable.

They broke almost every button on my husbands 3,000 dollar suit! One button okay it happens, but 12 buttons in total that’s ridiculous. They didn’t even tell us. Thankfully the maker of the suit sent us replacement buttons for the suit after telling them what happened. Yay for Paul Smith! I would have given them a 1 star if this was the only time we used them but it was probably the 8^th time. Every other experience was fine, we had them dry clean dresses, shirts, pants and sweaters and they came out fine. It’s just so upsetting that they just gave us the suit as if nothing happened, so unprofessional.

I’ve always received great service here but today was an exception. I dropped off a ton of dresses, nothing I couldn’t handle carrying out. Yet the owner walked them out for me, it was a small but great gesture. You have a customer for life. Thank for keeping my special clothes looking beautiful.

After going to another place for years for our alterations, it was hard to have to go somewhere else. Our old seamstress retired. Long story short, Miller’s was highly recommended and we are very happy with their work. Not only are the staff very professional, but they’re honest as well. The seamstress wrote what looked like $ 95 total for our alterations, when in fact she wrote $ 75. Well they contacted me to let me know that they will reimburse me $ 20 when I came to pick up our garments, and they did. They did beautiful work on my daughters formal gown for her prom. We have found our new permanent dry cleaning and alterations place.

This place was suggested to me by my friend Vicky V. I’ve only taken my dress clothes to a dry cleaner once since I started dental school as I normally machine wash everything. I’m glad I learned about Miller’s Claremont Laundry & Dry Cleaning because I was not disappointed with the results.
The owner was really friendly and inviting. Dress shirts are $ 2.50 each, ties are $ 3.50 each, and dress pants are $ 6 each. I wasn’t really expecting much in terms of the results as I kind of neglected the care of my clothes. However, upon picking them up I was pleasantly surprised. All the dress shirts were substantially cleaner and whatever gross stains I’ve accumulated over time was extremely less noticeable. My pants looked as good as new. Most impressive were my ties which had been hit with every drink and food known to man. With the exception of some light staining still present on my white tie (which was beyond salvation), all of my other ties looked great and ready to go.
I think I found a pretty decent dry cleaner considering I rarely utilize such services. It was relatively affordable, the results were good, and they finish by the next day at 5 PM. If you’re looking for a good dry cleaner, look no further than Miller’s Claremont Laundry & Dry Cleaning.
