Our pet resort offers two, separate areas for dogs and cats. They each interact and play with their respective group. After a day of play, each pet is housed in their own, private room.

Choose the boarding package that fits your needs as well as your pet’s needs. We offer basic room and board or treat your pet to the full spa experience which includes a treadmill and Jacuzzi workout, a nature walk on the Thompson Creek Trail, and an extra treat.

Our grooming services are all done by hand by our technicians with no cage drying. We’re always staffed with two professional groomers on the premises. Starting at $ 30, our grooming services include toenail trims, anal gland compression, ear cleaning, bath, and blow-​dry. We also specialize in cat grooming!

I have been bringing my dog Olive here for the last year and she LOVES it. When we arrive my dog cannot wait to get inside and play her with fellow doggies. The family here always takes such good care of her. I even watched some videos of Olive playing with her pals. It is truly a wonderful establishment.

Should’ve known better than to doubt the low rating on Unilocal… The rating for this place is low but I figured I’d stop by and check it out since its next to my house. Boy, I wish I didn’t even step foot into this place. The woman (Rommel) was rude and obnoxious… As if I’m just a nuisance and bothering her.
I wanted to find out some information on their services and see if my dog needed grooming. The woman wouldn’t give me time of day and just saying that they’re busy and told me to come back another day.
This is just a horrible place with no customer service… Why did I even bother when there are tons of 5 star places down the street on foothill?

I’ve taken my two Maltese for grooming here for over 3 years. Both groomers (Sandra and Romelle) are fantastic — so gentle and loving to my babies. To have two of them groomed usually only takes an hour and a half for both — so much better than Petsmart, where they make you leave your pet all day and keep them in a crate. I would never take my dogs anywhere else than Personal Preference!
Romelle and her entire staff treat us like we are family and I am so grateful that I’ve found somewhere near home that I trust. It’s a wonderful facility, clean and bright and you can tell that everyone there absolutely loves animals — they all treat the pets there like they were their own. My dogs are always so happy after grooming, too — like they just had a fun outing with «friends»!

LOVE this place!
Boarded my English bull terrier, Ella, here over 4th of July weekend. First time using them. The owner and staff are all so nice. You get a very «family –owned» vibe the minute you walk in the door. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable leaving my sweet Ella in their care while we went on vacation. The place is very clean and tidy. Ella was so happy when I picked her up and I could tell she enjoyed her stay. She was happy and ate well when she returned home, which is ALWAYS a good sign. I used them again this past weekend and had a wonderful experience as well.
Give them a try, they are Ella’s new home away from home! I will definitely be using them again in the near future!

I am so disappointed and angry. I dropped my Carrin terroir off to be stripped and picked her later to my horror to find that they had shaved her! They had stripped her twice before so when I made the appointment and told them who she was and what I wanted I TRUSTED that they they would do what I asked. They didn’t. All I got was a shaved dog and their explanation was that it was a «miss communication». Do not trust your pet to these people. I never will again.

We were going out of town for a few days around Thanksgiving and needed a place to board our dogs. Our dogs have never been boarded before, so we were a little nervous giving our babies over to a boarding facility. Our dogs are sisters, so they have to be kept together, which was not a problem here at all, they were able to share a room together. The rooms actually look like rooms and not cold cages. Each room has a little elevated bed. They supply the blankets, but we brought a couple of our own in case the dogs decided to play tug of war with them. We picked up the dogs on Sunday afternoon and they were great. Everything went smoothly and they had a blast. The facility is very nice and is family owned and operated. You can tell that they care about the animals they board. What I also liked about them is that the dogs have a lot of play time with other dogs, which does not cost extra. Finally, a place we can trust with our furry children!

We were new to the area about a year ago and was recommended to this place for dog boarding and grooming. I’ve taken my dog, Freddy, here for both and have been very pleased with the services provided.
The first time I’ve ever had Freddy boarded was here, and was a bit nervous just because I’ve never boarded him before. It was a very good sign that when I came back to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave!
In the past, I had taken him to Petsmart to get groomed and wasn’t happy having to wait over 4 hours to pick up Freddy. I was surprised that I can drop him off and pick him up in an hour fully groomed. What I liked was how the groomer asked me very detailed questions as to how I wanted him groomed — definitely appreciated!
I’m happy this place is so close to my house (and Sprouts… and 21 Choices…) and will continue to come back. I will recommend to anyone for grooming and boarding.

Milo and I have grown to become fans of this pet boarding place. My rambunctious pit bull baby was not discriminated by this family owned business. They truly understand animals. Unlike many people and businesses would have taken one look at my baby and said «no way in hell» but at this place, they looked at him and opened their arms to Milo.
We have taken Milo back to this place several times since we first started going there, and each time Milo is SOOO excited because he knows that here, he doesn’t just get put into a crate all day but that they actually play with him, have him play with others his age and size, and they interact with him! For $ 32 a night, I get day care (4 – 6 hours of play time) and he gets fed, walked, and a nice place to sleep.

This is just for the daycare services. Here’s the breakdown:
* Staff is REALLY nice.
* Facilities are clean.
* Very affordable.
However, I probably won’t be taking Evie back to this place. I’ve taken her for a couple days at a time on two separate occasions. The first time she got really sick with pneumonia. The second time, it happened again.
The vet says the most likely cause was exposure to a sick dog.
I don’t think it’s the daycare’s fault, I am more inclined to say it’s irresponsible owners in the area bringing their dogs while they are ill. In any case, I will probably avoid bringing Evie back because I don’t trust other dog owners.

I brought my very resistant-​to-​grooming cocker spaniel here a week ago and had a wonderful experience. The groomers were very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. I was thrilled when I saw my dog at the end of the very quick appointment and she was in good spirits. In past groomings, she’s been traumatized for DAYS!
I’m so glad I went here. I will never go anywhere else. I don’t know how this place could receive anything less than 5 stars. Everyone was very helpful and I would trust them with my animals any time.

Really disappointed. We have brought our Westie here numerous times over the past two years and have had very few issues.
Today we picked him up along with our other pup, a Scottie mix, and it looked like a child was allowed to clip their hair! Uneven all throughout, the Westie’s tail which should be a straight cut looks more like a lava lamp with its waviness. The Scottie face looks like they did nothing. I had to trim his eyebrows once we brought him home since it seemed like they didn’t.
What’s worse is that they charge what they feel like for the day. Normally we have paid $ 35 – 50 (the higher price was bc our westie at the time wasn’t fixed so he was being rowdy). Since then he has been fixed, yet somehow we ended up walking out paying $ 110. When we asked them about the charges, they claimed that the extra charge was for the puppy who was being difficult… I’m sorry it’s his first time at a groomer what did you expect?! I hate that they feel like their prices can change depending on the groomer’s mood for the day.
So much for trying to stay local and help out a mom and pop store, I’m taking my business back to petsmart.

Horrible place. The owner is rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. I dropped of my dog and got back a totally shaved off rat, which was nowhere close to what I wanted for my normally very pretty dog. I would never go there again and recommend anyone who cares about their dog, to go to another groomer that is actually knows what they are doing.
4 months later, my dog’s hair is still as short as it was after you guys just shaved off his hair. How incompetent do you have to be to shave a dog? If the hair won’t grow back in the next couple months you will hear from my lawyer. I had extensive medical bills because of this. He needed medication for dry skin, to protect his skin and he also needed clothes so he wouldn’t get a sunburn.

I’ve taken my little bichon, Sammy, here for grooming and boarding. The groomer does an amazing job. My Sam looks like a perfect little snowball and his haircut is always even. I board him here on weekends when I have to go out of town for work and he is always happy and smiling when I come to pick him up. Sometimes they’ll even post a picture of their facebook page of Sammy so I can see how he’s doing. This place is the best and you can tell that they love animals. If you need a place that isn’t just going to stick your dog or cat in a kennel all weekend then this is the best spot. It also super affordable.

We brought our 75 lbs golden retriever here for a grooming. The owner and the staff were really nice. I wasn’t asked to see the facility but could observe from a security camera in the lobby. I was slightly overwhelmed by the amount of animals that were around in the lobby. This was immediately address by the staff and things were under control in a few minutes.
The reasons for our 2⁄5 star rating is for the quality of the grooming. Usually when I drop my dog off for a grooming it takes 3 – 4 hours. Here our dog was finished in 1 hour and it definitely looked like it. His paws were terrible!!! (I posted pictures to show how bad). He was still very damp and smelled of mildew. His over all cut was choppy at best. The issue for me, comes down to quality and attention to detail, which was lacking. The final straw was the pricing issue. I called for a price estimate and the individual said once you bring your dog in we can give you the estimate. I walked in and the individual at the desk looked at my dog and said $ 45 – 65. I said that’s fine. They even said they would give me $ 10 off because my dog is a service dog. When I came to pick him up the price rose to $ 80.
Staff were nice but the quality doesn’t match the price.

We (and the puppies) love this place. They are very professional and quick for grooming. One of our dogs has inordinate amounts of hair and they are very thorough to get what they can when she’s shedding.
We’ve also boarded the dogs here and the pups come back happy. They’re kind enough to put the dogs together when they sleep. They have stringent guidelines about vaccines and shots so everyone is healthy. I once mentioned that the dogs stop eating when we’re gone — the owner told me that if the dogs don’t eat after a day, they get baby food to make sure the dogs don’t get malnourished. She said it works every time.
This place is full of love for pups and other animals and I highly recommend it.
