Does this place actually exist? I placed a web order a month ago, got an automated confirmation email, and have heard nothing since. They have not responded to my emails or my voice mails (no one ever seems to answer the phone). Only saving grace is that my credit card hasn’t been charged, but I think I’m going to cancel it just to be on the safe side.
