Creative Cakes & Confections

The cake and icing being good is the only reason I’m giving them a 2 and not a 1. They were very unprofessional. My husband ordered me a cake for a surprise birthday party he was having for me. He ordered it and paid it. When we got to the venue where my party was being held, they informed him the cake did not arrive. He made numerous phone calls while we were eating before the venue informed us the cake was there. When they brought it up, not only was it not the cake he ordered, a lady and the tramp cake after my favorite movie, you could tell they had pulled it out of a freezer somewhere. It was obvious they completely forgot about the cake. The cake was plainly decorated and appeared like it was purchased at Sams club… too bad it was 5 times the price. Not to mention he called for 2 weeks after, never to get a person or a call back and when he tried to stop by they were always closed.
