Delta Bohemian Guest House, a self-​contained, short-​term accommodation which opened the Fall of 2012, is ideally located in the heart of old, residential Clarksdale and is only three blocks from downtown and the Sunflower River, the home of the Blues in the Mississippi Delta.

The home has a living area with a large television for viewing our DVD collection, a continental breakfast stocked kitchen, complete with Keurig coffee maker, eating area, bar, and laundry room, two bedrooms («The Green Acres» and «The Delta Princess») and a shared tiled and mirrored bath. Great attention to authenticity and detail has been paid to the décor and furnishings throughout the home.

The house has a front patio, as well as access to a private back patio and outdoor bar, large fenced backyard complete with lighted «Bohemian Pond and Garden,» picnic area and grill.

Business Owner

Madge was born in Clarksdale and raised in Tallahatchie County near Sumner, Mississippi. Madge and her husband Billy purchased their home in 2010. The home came with a back guest house, now the Delta Bohemian Guest House.

Billy and Madge enjoy meeting all the many tourists who come through their town. Now they can provide them a special place to stay while they visit the Mississippi Delta.
