Abode Garage Door Services was born when the company Stanley Garage Door left this great state of Michigan leaving many employees stranded and unemployed. So when Life hands you peanuts, you make peanut butter out of it and there ya go. The birth of a new company. We know Garage Doors from the inside out, because at one time, we built ‘em !

Eddie Lee started his garage door experience back in 1978, when he went to work for STANLEY Door Systems. While there he worked at every single aspect of the Garage Door creation. From the unloading of the raw materials, to the build out, to the ship out, Eddie knows Garage Doors and Automatic Openers. He worked there for over 20 years until STANLEY dissolved the garage door and opener division of their company leaving the employees to fend for themselves.

Eddie Lee did what he knew best, starting his own company Abode Garage Door Services. A full service Garage Door Company that serves all of Oakland and Macomb Counties.
