Over the past 6 years, AT&T has become the largest wireless giant in the US. But in this case, bigger isn’t necessarily better. The AT&T store in Clarkston is the only store closest to my house, and lot of employees have come and gone. The customer service at this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. This one employee, Mimi, is the worst of the worst, due to her attitude. Whenever I try to get a question answered, she tries to give me the runaround; sometimes she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. That’s not what I look for in customer service. There seems to be a morale problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. Pretty soon I will switch to Verizon and experience a much better wireless experience. As for AT&T, their reputation and customer service are for the birds.
