I checked into the Holiday Inn Express on Ft Campbell Blvd and this place was recommended by the desk clerk. When I called to place an order, the customer service rep was completely oblivious that the hotel even existed. I had to give him the address for the hotel, etc. I had to place my order very slowly so he would get it right. About a half hour after I placed the order, the delivery driver called me to ascertain once again the location of the hotel. Mind you, this is their territory. When she showed up, they were missing part of my order and even though they knew I was in a hotel, they did not provide any plastic ware or plates or even napkins. The only good news was that the pizza was ok, but not great. The wings I ordered were hot and spicy but no ranch or blue cheese dressing. Disappointed in the service, but not the food.

Horrible delivery time and rep didn’t want to refund me or put half the price back on my card then reassured ke the driver was just up the street… I had to call back to then finally get a refund and then again reassured me that the driver will be there in a few minutes. I ordered the pizza at 8:50pm and the driver didn’t get to the store until 10:20pm.she said she called my phone but my phone never rang and jet’s had delivered a pizza a couple hours earlier to the same location …

A buddy told me about the Cajun crust pizza, said it was really good and flavorful. He brought in a thick Cajun crust, 8 corner cheese and bacon pizza. I pulled the corner piece off the edge, the cheese just started pulling from the middle, stringing like a good hot pizza should. The bacon wasn’t plentiful, but enough to see and taste. My first bite was from the middle, nice and hot, cheesy and just a hint of bacon and sauce, nice! I worked my way to the edge, the first bite actually bit me back! The Cajun crust was definitely applied, and the tingle, no the burn factor was in play! (Let me back you up, I just finished my pipe and had a serious case of tongue burn), so the Cajun crust had a double effect on me. I throughly enjoyed this pizza and have had it three more times since!

I brought a family of nine into the store because of the coupons we had. The manager was not only rude, but wanted to charge my nine additional dollars for the cups after I spent three dollars a peace for two liters of soda. The manager looked at us as if we were going to steal soda. It was insulting and wrong to assume we were dishonest. I will not be bringing my family back.

We like this place because their pizza is good and their salads are deliciously fresher than most fast food/​delivery places, however they are pricier than most pizza places and their delivery times suck. We are currently 1.5 hours into waiting for our pizza and salad and they said it would be delivered in 45 mins :/.

This is my families go to pizza delivery service. The pizza is most comparable to east coast pizza and reminds us of home! Usually order for delivery and have only had an issue one time, I called and spoke to the manager who gave a 10 $ credit on our account. Friendly staff, good food, good delivery!

Their menu is great has a lot to choose from subs, salads, pizza and the prices are decent too. They have several great lunch specials all priced fair. They also offer a military discount. The food is great I enjoyed it very much and so did my husband but their service was terrible. I walked in and it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter then, when she did come to the front she asked the woman in front of me was doing. She was waiting for a pizza the girl assured her it would be ready soon without even acknowledging there were other people waiting. Everyone else was there for carry out but she didnt bother asking if anyone needs to order. I finally ordered through a different worker, and she wasn’t very friendly. 20 minutes later I was waiting for my pizza and could hear all the workers chit chatting in the back. So, terrible service great food to summarize it up.
