Create and maintain relationships with qualified vendors, including painters, roofers, electricians, plumbers, appliance repairmen, handymen, and more.

Provide appropriate rental applications and forms that, along with a consistent screening process, ensure the highest quality tenant

Meet the Business Owner

Roni B.

Business Owner

As broker and owner of TopFlight Property Management, Roni is responsible for maintaining the growth and trajectory of the firm, while still providing personal, quality customer service and maintaining a competitive edge over business competition.

As a sales agent with a large national brokerage firm in 2004, she quickly became a top-​producing agent before the end of the housing boom. When the economy began slowing in 2007, she shifted her attention to developing a rental property management company. In 2009, she established this business as TopFlight Realty & Property Management.

Roni earned the Professional Designation of GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) from the National Association of Realtors®. She is a licensed Realtor® and licensed real estate broker, and is affiliated with these member organizations: the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Clarksville Association of Realtors® (CAR).
