For over 30 years Lamunyon Cleaning & Restoration has been a trusted resource for Kansas, helping homeowners and businesses who have had a water intrusion or other disaster in their home or property. We are available ²⁴⁄₇ and have the proper training and equipment to dry out your home or business quickly and safely. Additional services include fire and smoke damage cleanup, mold removal, duct cleaning, biohazard cleanup, meth lab cleaning. We also now offer Radon testing and mitigation services in our area.

History

Established in 1973.

Mike started the company in 1973 as a window cleaning business and within a couple of years transformed it into an office cleaning company. Then, in the 80’s he began to provide carpet-​cleaning services. By 1989 he received specialized training in fire and water damage restoration. Today the business services include air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, fire damage restoration, and water damage restoration. Mike has built the business on good relationships and maintains his obsession with awesome service to our clients as a way of life. He believes that the main focus of the business includes meeting and then exceeding customer expectations.

Manager

Reece works hard in taking the lead in Clay Center. We now serve a large area covering a good part of the state, from Norton to Larned, Marion to Topeka! We are very proud of of Reece in that he has reached the pinnacle of his training in our industry and is now a Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Applied Microbial Remediation Specialist and Commercial Drying Specialist. Reece’s many other certifications include: WRT, ASD, Health & Safety, UFT, OCT, Master FRST, RRT, SFS, VAST, WFDS thermal energy systems, Lead Safe, OSHA Health & Safety and now ASCS — Air Systems Cleaning Specialist. As a family man, Reece takes sincere personal interest in helping bring people’s homes to the safest pre-​loss state possible.
