Located in Clayton, this 1920’s inspired steakhouse filled with leather booths and cherry wood furnishings, serves up aged USDA Prime beef, nine creative potato preparations, dry-aged Iowa Duroc pork chops, and Colorado lamb. Of course you may find you are partial to a seat at the large 32-seat, oval-shaped bar, sipping a beverage from a list of classic cocktails. Lynch Jr. in Des Moines IA, 801 CHOPHOUSE strives to set the standard in providing exceptional food & beverage to the Midwest. 801 CHOPHOUSE serves only USDA PRIME beef and jet fresh fish, paired with a Wine Spectator awarded wine list. In December, 2013, 801 Chophouse St. Louis opened its doors at the Shoppes at the Crescent, located in downtown Clayton.
