If I could give this guy a zero rating I would the worst ever tiles cracking lied about the product to he used when we clearly specified specific products. How do I know the tile store called me a few days After the time was installed and asked when we were going to pick up the grout we ordered. He substituted some off the wall brand and now all the grout is lifting and crumbling off the floor Communication skills good luck getting them to call you back after he gets your money. Should have his license revoked

Single worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away. They will not stand by their work. They have an «F» rating from the BBB, my bad for not seeing that before dealing with them. I have been so patient as they make excuse after excuse why they will not fix the floors they installed that are lifting up all over. I have been trying to get them to finish and fix the job since May. Once again they promised to be at the house tonight and then they just stop communicating. STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY.
