Excellent customer service. We have always had a great experience here. Nice family run business, professional, personable. We get our uniforms cleaned and pressed here, and they always look top notch!

I have used this business for my family’s dry cleaning for the past 10 years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service and quality of work. I wouldn’t bring my dry cleaning any where else!

Save yourself the time and gas and DON’T give your business to this establishment! I am all about supporting local businesses so wanted to give this Drycleaner a try… My husband has had shirts laundered/pressed here and the quality is poor. The shirts come out wrinkled in the arm area and smell like a dirty pressing machine! The reason why I no longer will go here is they do a bad job on dry cleaning but an even worse job on alterations! I had a pair of pants taken in. I got my pants back in a week & when I wore them the stitching started coming undone! The seamstress had used blue thread on black pants!!! I could have done a better job and I don’t sew!!! I brought the back and the owner said they will fix it & the other side of the pants came undone!!! I took SIX trips to get one pair of pants fixed!!! The owner also price quotes a certain amount than charges more!!! Bad business etiquette! We won’t return!

You DON’T always get what you pay for! I started using this Dryclean USA last year on a regular basis; I’ve used them in the past for rush service and was happy with their work and wiling to pay extra for the service, but I routinely used another local drycleaner/laundry for the past 15 years based on good service, very nice proprietors and reasonable pricing. I changed last year when the other cleaner was having problems pressing my trousers without wrinkles down the side seams — after three attempts to get that resolved, I switched to this Dryclean USA for all of my shirts and drycleaning. Yes, they cost a little more, but everything was neat and crisp… until last week. I picked up some shirts last Friday, Valentine’ Day, and went home to dress for dinner out, only to find that my white shirt was entirely wrinkled — it looked like it had been washed and hung to dry without pressing. I figured I’d just use another shirt and took another from the bag — same problem! Frustrated, I went to my closet and picked out a third shirt, one they had laundered about three weeks earlier — SAMEPROBLEM! I changed outfits to match a shirt that was laundered much earlier(which looked great). I called this cleaner before they closed that day to tell them about the problem. The person who answered said they would redo the shirts, but she couldn’t understand my disappointment that the person doing the laundry would put those wrinkled shirts into the package. She said I’d have to discuss it with the owner. I saw the owner the following Monday and showed her the shirts. She agreed that the problem was systematic — all eight shirts from the last two pick-ups were wrinkled the same way, down both sides and on the sleeves. She also agreed to talk with the launderer to make sure he looked for this, and I left the shirts to be redone. When I picked them up last Friday, the owner was there. She brought out my shirts with a smile, and they looked good… until I took the a white shirt out of the bag and saw that it was still wrinkled the same way!(The wrinkles are easiest to see on a white shirt.) When I asked why she was returning the shirts to me this way, she said that their pressing machine was broken — no matter what they tried, it wouldn’t work. When I asked her about the idea that the launderer previously put the shirts in a bag when they clearly were not properly pressed, she said that she talked with him about that and he agreed that he would let her know in the future if the machine wasn’t working. Here’s my frustration — I can understand if their machine need to be repaired(they tried to fix it but couldn’t and were calling a repair service the next week), but I could NOT understand why she didn’t offer to hand-press the shirts to solve the problem, and did NOT offer to refund the $ 12.50 I paid for five shirts. She didn’t even offer to hold onto the shirts until the machine was repaired and then redo them. She just said«there’s really nothing I can do». And, I always do my best to remain polite — I didn’t get angry, and she wasn’t upset, she just didn’t offer to fix the problem or refund my money. I guess I’m back to my previous cleaners for now, and maybe for good if they can get the trouser pressing right. If not, it’s shirts at one location and drycleaning at another — inconvenient, for sure, but I think I should get what I pay for, as the saying goes. This Dryclean USA doesn’t seem concerned with that.

You get what you pay for! This place is a bit pricey but the saying is indeed true. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra as long as I know that my suits and dress shirts are professionally done. Great staff and very friendly. This business is totally recommended! Check it out!

Always prompt! Friendly! Alterations a bit pricey… $ 18 to bring a shirt up 2″…

I’ve been going to Dryclean USA for years. The last year or so I have been taking work uniforms here on a regular basis. They know my name, and always remember what I need(starch, creases, etc.) They are quick, reasonably priced, and do a great job. Not even a broken button!(which has happened elsewhere!) I go out of my way to continue to be a patron here.

worst experience I’ve ever had with a dry cleaner. First time I went there, took several items including a dress and when I went to pick it up, the dress wasn’t with other items. When I asked them about it they claimed the checklist didn’t include a dress, but I remember giving it to them and showing them makeup that I needed removed. So they lost it and didn’t try to compensate me and the worst part is that they said they would look for it and never bothered to call me back. So not only am I out the dress but i couldn’t even get an apology or reimbursed. Horrible customer service-left me no choice but to post on Unilocal to warn anyone else who might go there. go there only if you don’t mind them losing your clothes!
