I explained I was passing through clayton and had my check engine light come on when I called. I was told it would be tight but that I could bring it by that day. I tried to explain the issue on the phone, the codes read for a o2 sensor but I wasn’t worried about that. I asked if they would check my fuel pressure and see if I had any vacuum leaks.
When they called in the afternoon I was told that no work was done because the vehicle was too rusted and they couldn’t remove the O2 sensor. Again I explained that I wasn’t worried about the O2 sensor and asked if they had checked for vacuum leaks or my fuel pressure. That’s when I was pretty much told to junk my vehicle as the guy became increasingly more agitated.
When I came to pick up my keys they proceeded to argue with me which was annoying. At one point I mentioned that it’s hard to troubleshoot things without my own shop to which another guy who was just sitting around joined in explaining that you don’t have to go under the vehicle to check the o2 sensor when again, I never wanted the o2 sensor changed.
The service was terrible. I don’t know if it was because I’m female but I didn’t appreciate dealing with them.
As a side note, they advertise a shuttle but never offered that service to me even though they knew I was from out of town.

Integrity Auto is a reliable auto repair service right on highway 70 West in Clayton. They have done work on my car a few times, including a front brake job, oil change & tire repair. When I noticed a rattling mechanical sound coming from the front end about a week after the brake job, I took the car back to them and they adjusted the calipers at absolutely no additional charge. They also will shuttle you home (within Clayton, I assume) if that is required, which is very helpful when you don’t have someone else to pick you up, or don’t have time to wait for the repairs. Rated 4 stars due to limited experience but I’ve been very satisfied during that time.
