At J. Buck’s we only use superior products like grass-fed and certified Black Angus beef. free-range chicken and market-fresh fish. In our kitchens, we work hard to treat quality ingredients with care and respect.
We believe food can be easy or it can be great. That’s why we smoke out meats for 16 hours. It’s the reason we make our soups from scratch. We care about the food and you’ll know it when you taste it.

History
Established in 2000.
Inspired by the legendary St. Louis broadcasting family of Jack, Joe and Julie Buck, J. Buck’s is owned by a local partnership that includes the Buck family. Away from the table, J. Buck’s is faithful to the Buck family belief in community investment, helping to raise money and awareness for may charitable organizations. Now in our second decade, J. Buck’s promises an experience as genuine as the loyal and discerning guests who have made our restaurant a St. Louis tradition.
