Established in 2007.
Oceano Bistro opened in 2007 where they introduced the «boat to plate in 48» concept in order to be one of the only restaurants in the Midwest offering fresh seafood daily.

Amer Abouwardah opened Oceano Bistro in 2007 with the intention to bring high quality seafood paired with great wine selections to the Midwest. His values for Oceano Bistro are uncompromised quality and service, which he attributes to the success of the restaurant. Amer believes that people relations and generosity to the community are what add more value to life.
