The Elegant Touch

Always awesome. Ashley cut my hair last time and did a great job and Heather cut my hair this time and did amazing as well. Not to mention the fact that it was almost 8 at night that she accepted me as a walk in. If your there, look for the bubbly blonde with the dazzling smile, she works wonders.

My Daughter and I went there on Saturday the day before Mother’s Day, I had to wait about 25 minutes which was ok, the when it was my turn the lady said can you give me 5 minutes I need a break I said ok but it was 15 minutes by the time she got to me, when she did she was very rude this was the older lady in there. she said to me very loud oh you have dread locks I did not have dread locks i DO NOT WEAR DREAD LOCKS ! so she wash my hair didn’t know that was extra, when I got to the chair she cut a large portion of my hair off then cut around that part she did a very sloppy job of cutting my hair. when my daughter was looking at the price board stand she pick it up and you would of think she was stealing it the lady rush over there she was so rude the place was also dirty. I couldn’t brush my hair in the back very well because I have Arthritis in my fingers. and I told her that she didn’t care. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN !!!

I live in Sacramento and I chose to drive 2 hours because Heather’s work is amazing!!! A few months ago I dyed my hair red and then once I decided to go back to light brown I accidentally bleached my hair ORANGE. I thought there was no hope but this salon works miracles. Great work, great customer service, amazing experience! Can’t wait to get my blonde hair touched up. (:

Heather does excellent work with the scissors! Not to mention my eyebrows look better than ever! Also, Nicole did a fabulous job with my daughters nails!!! Definitely the spot for getting pampered!

Went for a full set with Nicole and I couldn’t have been happier, she was very sweet and nice to talk to. She was very focused and even did all the shaping by hand, no drill! I’ve never had a smoother more perfectly shaped nail before. All in all, it was very much worth the cost and I will be seeing her again!

The best manicure in lake county! Two weeks and it has not chipped!
