Deep sea and sport fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. We also do ash scattering services. We have two US Coast Guard inspected vessel which are licensed for safety to carry more than six passengers and one six passenger vessel. Customer service, clean, safe and comfortable vessels is our speciality. We pride ourselves in having the nicest, best maintained vessels in the whole Clearwater fishing fleet.

History

Established in 1974.

This business started in 1974 when we found a small charter boat for sale, Captain Maxie Foster was a highly respected fishing boat captain since 1954; after working in the industry for several years he decided it time to captain his own ship. Maxie and hIs wife Suzanne successfully chartered out of Clearwater, Fl. for several years with this little boat until they saw the opportunity to upgrade to a larger vessel and named her the Gulfstream. As time passed we saw the need for a larger, more comfortable, faster and safer charter boat, the idea for the Gulfstream II was born. The Gulfstream II was custom built by Ross Yacht in Clearwater, FL, she was built per the US Coast Guard regulations for Safety a very rigorous standard. She could comfortably fish 12 to 15 passengers. This. vessel has not let us down, she has fished charter and commercial fishing and done the job well. After several years the fleet has grown to three vessels, the Gulfstream, Gulfstream II and Wizard.

Manager

Captain Brad is a graduate of Madison LaFollette school, Madison WI. Attended MATC with diplomas in welding and diesel mechanics. He is quite mechanically inclined. He received his captains license in 1989 from time served in the fishing industry. His mechanical background and experience on boats has made him a valuable asset to this company. The other captains often question him on mechanical issues. He is an accomplished fisherman due to the lessons learned from captain Maxie. He also serves on the VMS and data collection advisory panel for the gulf council. He routinely receives praise and compliments from the many customers he carries. As an all around captain, he is the best choice!
