Elsa started her concierge business eleven years ago in Los Angeles, Ca with great success, where some of her clients where very prominent professionals from the film industry.

In 2008 she moved to the Tampa Bay Area bringing along her experties.

In a very short time she was able to stablish her business only by ‘word of mouth’ due to her professional and experienced demeanour.
