Just Awful. From the Rude rushing attitude of the cashier, to her total ignorance, to the shitty Iced Coffee. I have had it with this DD. Enough! It’s sad when McDonalds makes a better cup of coffee than DD? I asked for a flavor with Extra Cream, after being interrupted three times while trying to place my order(she was not able to listen, she just kept talking real fast) she got an attitude, paused, and said«what flavor did you want» I had to give my order another three times, before she said, just pull up to the window. Then she hands me a cup of weak coffee, water, and ice with NOCREAM! All I wanted was flavor and cream, no extra sugar, how hard is that? I tasted it, and handed it back to her asking«could you put some more cream in this?» Not wanting to be rude. She took the cup, then handed it back to me and with a big Huff said, «HERE.» And looked away like I was bothering her. I drove off, only to find she STILLDIDNOTPUTANYCREAMINIT!!! She put a bucket of Flavor Goo, which sank to the bottom and almost put me in Diabetic shock! Could this girl… not know what cream is? Umm… it’s like milk but thicker, and you should know that if you work at a coffee shop! Wasted my money for the last time, going to McD’s from now on!

Meh, I’ve definitely been to a better Dunkin’ Doughnuts! The drive through service has been horrid on multiple occasions. Why do you do drive through? You’re in a rush, have kids in the car, etc. I don’t want to have to then get out of my car after the drive through to have the order corrected. I’ve had to do this multiple times at this location. Their doughnuts are spot on with other locations. Pretty average. Their everything bagels are terrible. Order it with cream cheese? They will put enough on there for a half a dozen bagels. Not impressed DD! I’m not«running on you,» for long!

This is the closest dunkin to my work. They always say latte machine is broken. The traffic is terrible. It is hard to get in and out of location. I go out of my way to a dunkin on mcmullen booth.

The rudest drive through help I have ever encountered, at ANY fast food restaurant. The bacon, egg’n cheese on a poppy bagel was surprisingly good, but unfortunately the sweet tea had that bitter aftertaste, from steeping the tea bags for too long. If your looking for something quick for breakfast, then I’d recommend it, but remember to not expect much, not even a smile, from the hired help.

This location is what turned me onto DD. They are fast, friendly and accurate every time… all important features for an early morning pit stop. I have not had this experience had other DD’s. I am in and out of their drive thru each time in less than 2 minutes with my coffee made to order and a toasted bagel or otherwise.

This location is a little hard to get into due to the construction and general traffic around US-19 and Gulf to Bay. Its parking lot desperately needs to be repainted as there are parking spots on one side of the building that really isn’t wide enough to hold parking plus the traffic of cars actually driving by. The food is really good. I’ve had their chicken biscuit a number of times, and find it is better than many other fast food establishments. It is many times better than McDonald’s and Burger King and is just as good, if not slightly better, than Chick-fil-A’s. Their hash browns are nicely seasoned, with some different herbs included, and are very good if they are fresh and hot. Once they’ve sat for more than a few minutes, they become soggy and unappetizing. They have a huge variety of donuts and are constantly rotating different seasonal specials. The donuts are generally fresh although I’ve gotten a stale donut or two whenever I run by during the late evening. The service is friendly, although it is slow! If I place an order inside, they will do three or four cars before finally handing me my order. I dislike that the emphasis is placed on people in the drive-thru, and wish they would have dedicated staff for both sides.

The journey of a bagel from the rack to the bag can be an interesting one. First, since when did making a bagel become so complex? It use to be simple. I want a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Why? Because that was the only option. Now there is a bagel for every flavor in the universe — the Everything bagel(what does that even mean?). Beyond that, did you know that Dunkin Donuts has Salmon Cream Cheese? That’s what I want, fish smeared all over my toasted bagel. They also serve bagels as sandwiches and with eggs, sausage, ham, and cheese on this miracle bakery creation. I suppose in theory, that’s why the«bagel shop» barely exists anymore. Corporate chains like Dunkin, Panera and Einstein wiped out the rest of the independents because of their ability to offer more variety at a better price with faster service. On a recent visit to Dunkin Donuts my wife ordered(as always) a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and five munchkins. You can’t get any more original and simple then this. We pull up to the drive through window and pay, get handed… read more at:
