With nearly two decades of experience already under the belt of our founding technician, we began this business in 2009 because Pinellas County was in need of an honest cell phone repair business. From the beginning, we have believed in doing things one way – the right way. Unlike most cell phone repair shops that use cheap knockoffs, we use OEM parts when available. Rarely do we have to rely on aftermarket parts. Cheap parts often result in frustrated customers having to have their devices repaired more often because of malfunctioning or easily-broken parts. For instance, aftermarket iPhone LCD’s typically break more easily and often are unusable once they break. Additionally, when the job is done sloppily as is often the case in this industry, the device is more likely to break again.
