The room didn’t have enough towels or soap and hair products. We never find the tv remote. I looked at my door and someone open it i guess when they came to leave the receipt and left it open. Breakfast room was something else. One person for a lot of guests equals disaster. Everything gone in seconds. Pancake machine made like 3 pancakes and ask for another bag. So I never had my pancakes. When we check in ask for late check out and they said yes but the person in the morning said we weren’t allowed. Oh and we tried to used our rewards points and they would not let us either. The pool was not clean and the equipment to clean it was there all broken. Of course no doubt I won’t stay there again.

Had a meeting scheduled for 3 days, room not set up when we got to the hotel, sleeping rooms messed up and today when we asked to have trash removed from the meeting room we were given garbage bags and told sorry no one here to do it? No stars… oh it gets better, no creamer for a cup of coffee, and when we asked for some we were told no, it’s for guests only. Never mind we have a 3 day event and are paying for breakfast for 50 people a day and have 6 people staying overnight. We will NEVER be back. PERIOD.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. A consistent chain for a business traveler. Breakfast is standard for the chain. I stayed one night. It is really close to several decent restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are just fine, but in all this is such a poorly run property I cannot recommend it. The business center is a disaster, and they basically expect you to be your own tech support. Employees are rude. Cleaning staff starts pounding on doors at 630AM on Saturday so don’t expect to sleep later than that. My friend warned me it was bad but it was a couple bucks cheaper. You get what you pay for.

We were there in the beginning of September for one week.
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They got a nice workout room with basic workout tools and a nice pool and hot tub outside. The pool area was always clean, and they were open till 11pm at night which was great. The breakfast was alright nothing too fancy.
Their stuff was nice and really helpful.
The Clearwater beach is like 20 minutes away (with the car). Next to the hotel is a small park, nothing adventures but good enough to go for a short walk.
It was also easy to get from the Airport to the hotel (or back).
I’d stay there again.

Terrible customer service. These people have no idea how to run a hotel or how to operate there own computer systems.

Decent hotel, but poorly managed. The only elevator was inoperable for the entire 5 day stay; they should have expedited the repairs, and maybe apologize on checkout. Shower drain didn’t work. One day the room wasn’t cleaned for no reason, even though we had left early. Needed three requests to get pillows for pullout. Had to check out at the desk vs. a bill under the door, although they said they normally do that. Pool towels the size of a dishrag. The attitude of the staff for all of these was a shrug and an OK without an apology.

The husbeast is working from this building for a while, as his new company is setting up shop off of 60. The lobby is clean, neat and the bathrooms are kept spotless. The only issue is that their wifi isn’t strong. Le Sigh.

You can’t ask for any better customer service! The rooms were in excellent condition!

SO far so good. I am sitting a room right now and it is a good hotel. They let us check in early, due to my son being sick. Everything is nice and pretty, but it will be difficult getting out of this property, due to being near a serious intersection.

Our company reserved 6 rooms at this hotel because of its proximity to Clearwater Beach, Fl. We stayed only one night because our purpose for being in the area was because we were going as a group deep sea fishing. We had to check out early in the morning because we had to catch board our boat for a full day out on the water. One member of our party noticed his cell phone was missing, after searching the boat, and then his car when we returned to shore, he had not been able to find his phone. As we headed back home, he stopped by the hotel to see if anyone had turned in his cell there, but it had not turned up there either. He had downloaded «Find my Droid» as an app on his cell, so he used the bussiness centers computer to activate the gps on his phone, which showed its location. The cell was still in the room he and another member of our party had stayed in the previous night. He was let in by hotel staff, thinking that maybe it had fallen on the floor, or had been kicked under the bed. This was not the case. His phone was still in the bed, which had been remade in preperation for for the next guest to use. The room had been «cleaned». It makes me wonder if I had also slept on dirty sheets in my room when I had tucked myself in the night before. This is unexcusable and if not for a droid app, would have never been known to any of us. I would have probably giving this hotel a 3 ½−4 because of the rooms generous size, the accomidating staff, etc… but hey, after knowing that their housekeeping does things like this, how can I?
