I went to this Wendy’s and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The food was decent for fast food, but the lettuce was wet and made the bun soggy which was annoying. I guess you have to settle a little though when you go through a drive through.

I wouldn’t normally post a review for a fast food place(esp. since I don’t normally go to fast food!), but this Wendy’s struck a chord with me. Ok, so as fast food goes, this Wendy’s was decent and the Wendy’s fries have improved. But the«shininess» on this Wendy’s location was the service. The shift supevisor and all the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy — and this on a busy Friday at lunch(impromptu lunch with the wife). Example 1) as a Spanish customer came to the counter right in front of us, he asked for a Spanish-speaking cashier. After a brief internal struggle, the supervisor brought up the drive-through employee who helped the customers immediately. Example 2) I waited no more than 3 seconds at the counter before someone noticed and asked me how they could help(needed mustard) and promptly got some within another 3 seconds(is this still planet Earth?) since they had to put it in a small plastic ramekin. Example 3) The staff even politely asked a customer who was killing time on his smartphone(not looking up) if the food ready on the counter was his(it was!). Outstanding service and kudos to the management and staff. As Wendy’s and fast food go, the service earned this location an extra star in my book!

I usually don’t eat fast food and when I do I tend to like to get good at Wendy’s. Well my last visit was just awful. I honestly DID like their food but now wth is this? The fries are so limp and old and it’s just overall disgusting. The burger is so dry and doesn’t look presentable at all. I know fast food is usually not the best food but come on. I don’t want that day old fry taste that you usually get from Mc Donalds. I am very disappointed.
