Brent Miller has practiced in Florida since 1988. He founded the Law Offices of Brent C. Miller in Tavares, Florida in 1999, and today the firm represents clients in Lake County, Sumter County, Citrus County and all surrounding counties of Central Florida. Many of our clients are «snowbirds» and tourists who were injured while visiting Florida.

Business Owner

Brent C. Miller has practiced law in Florida for over 20 years and founded his own personal injury practice in 1992. As our reputation for compassionate care and successful representation spread beyond our home office in Tavares, we brought on capable associates and expanded to serve all of Central Florida.

Mr. Miller earned his law degree in 1986 from the Indiana University School of Law and began practicing in Florida in 1988. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Association of Trial Lawyers).

Tom Hippelheuser also brings 20 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He earned his law degree in 1989 from the University of Florida College of Law.
