L’europe Nails N Spa

I’ve been getting my nails done at L’europe Nails for over 1 ½ yr now. I’m extremely happy with the work they do since the owner does it for me, and I get great French style work. I would recommend them to any an all of my friends.

Both times I went the nail techs insisted that I need to make an apt next time, (even though they were NOT busy and the door said «walk ins welcome») Sorry but I cant make appts because my husband gets out of work at different times so I never know when he will be home to keep our daughter. The man that did my nails the first time did a great job. The woman that did my nails the second time I went in did a horrible job. I haven’t gone back since. We now go to Regal Nails and LOVE IT there!

I was not impressed. I found it odd once I walked in that a girl was sitting on the floor under a table giving a pedicure. Then unfortunately I had a man who called himself Mr Wonderful help me. When I asked how much a gel manicure was he told me $ 20 for the gel & an additional $ 15 if I wanted a manicure. Then he constantly criticized that I was from NY. He must’ve made 4 remarks that my current gel manicure was poor because it was done in NY. This was rude & unprofessional. Ironically his manicure was nice but still not great. Numerous nails weren’t even 100% covered. I will not be going back next visit.

STAY AWAY — They do not properly sterilize tools — both myself and my husband got nail fungus and it was his FIRST and ONLY time at a nail salon. Should have followed my gut and walked out …

Horrible horrible experience. Rude, and no professionalism. I was here from Arizona and came with my nieces to get them mani/​pedis. They only had 2 people working and were irritated from the start. We asked if they could do a fill on one of the girls nails and the lady was very rude about saying no. From then on they were rough and only trimmed the toes on one foot. My other niece had nail polish all over her toes! We paid 50 dollars for 2 pedis and left a nice tip. As we were leaving the girls said good bye and Thankyou. The workers didn’t say anything and kept looking down!

I made appointments for my 2 seniors graduation, explaining that I wanted to make sure there was someone available to do whatever they wanted for their nails. We arrived, and once the girls where in the chairs they were told that, in fact, they would not have time to do what they wanted but only a basic mani/​pedi. We asked that they just do the pedicure that had already been started and we would find another shop. One of the techs became rude and rough with the pedi and the other very sloppily applied the toe polish.
They only had 2 ladies so none of my other guests would have been able to get service.
I do not recommend this shop and wish I wouldn’t have tipped. (Something I have always done).

Went here with my daughter a few months ago. We won’t be going back. The lady taking care of me rushed through everything. When I asked how to work the message chair, she just said push the buttons. It was so uncomfortable, but I couldn’t figure out to change the settings. I was easily finished at least a half hour ahead of my daughter and we started together. I was hoping for a nice, relaxing experience, but I left poorer and more stressed. Do yourselves a favor and go else where

I made an appointment this past week to get a mani/​pedi for the wedding I am in for this week, mind you I have been here before and had a great massage and pedi. When I walked in at my appointment time, no one came out to greet me and sat there for 10 minutes as 2 ladies walked right past me and finally asked if I had an appointment. The mani/​pedi wasn’t the best and I was in there for 2 ½ hours, and while I was in there I overheard ladies walk in and had the same problem and the appointments were all messed up. Not organized, not attentive and I will be taking my money else where

I moved to the area and chose this salon based on the review. I was disappointed. The appointment took a very long time and the quality of the manicure/​pedicure was just so so. The woman doing my nails was very talkative, but didn’t work and talk at the same time well. The other girls in the shop were complaining and gossiping about the employees while seated next to me. Not the service I was expecting.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and I’ve been looking for great nail salons. I chose this one based on Unilocal reviews and I can say I was honestly disappointed…
My nail tech was «Mr. Wonderful». not sure why he has that name. I was charged 30 $ for a short pink and white full set. Compared to the 20 $ I’d pay at the previous salon I went to across town in Orlando.
During the process he would make racial remarks about a few races. I laughed it off when I should have got up and left. Smh. He continued to ask me about where I previously got my nails done, who did it for me, a man or a woman? I mean what does that matter?
Anyways, he put this «amazing» polish on my nails and I can honestly say that I’ve never seen nails so ugly before. Not even a week into wearing them the nails started chipping and breaking. They were sooooo thin I even asked to have them done thick yet he still did them extremely thin. I paid 30 $ to sit down, be interrogated, hear racial remarks & get nails that would only last a few days.
I’m definitely driving the 30 miles back to the old place I used to get my nails done at. Even with gas prices being this high…
Mr. Wonderful told me to call and make appointments because usually he is booked. That’s one business card I know I can toss to the trash.
The only reason I gave two stars is because the décor is nice.

Understaffed, leave you waiting. The front desk «host» seemed stressed out and I watched him get defensive and combative with two women who were still waiting 40 minutes past their appointment time. Just not a serene or welcoming atmosphere. Prices are same as anywhere. Parking is convenient and the store is clean.

I previously gave this place five stars. Lesson learned: If I am in Clermont on a weekday and can make an appointment in advance with Tina, I’ll get my nails done here.
I went monthly to this salon between August and October 2013. I moved back to New York, but had happy memories of my mani pedis at this salon (see my August 2013 review). I was in Clermont April 5, and needed a mani pedi badly. I raved about this place to my mom, and thought we could get mother daughter mani pedis. I tried to call for an appointment. No one answered the phone, which was odd. We were in the neighborhood, so I stopped in to make an appointment. They gave us a 4 pm appointment. Great, right?
Our mani pedis were just OK. My mom loves leisurely mani pedis, and got service from an extremely efficient nail tech who sped through her service like it was a race, then left for the day. She barely got a foot/​leg massage, which is her favorite part. My mom was finished with her mani pedi 25 minutes before me. The girl who did my nails was new, and worked very slowly. My mom was standing around waiting, which made me feel bad. My nails looked OK, but a few days later my skin was ragged from her meticulous but poor cuticle trimming.
My mom lives in the area, and said she won’t return. I was hoping she’d become a regular customer and go with me. She’s going to stick with her nail salon. I“m still willing to go back, but on a weekday when there are fewer customers and with my favorite nail tech, Tina.

I just moved to the area last month and have been looking for a new nail salon for about 2 weeks. After all the searching I did online, I chose L’europe today based on the high Unilocal and Google reviews.
Now, keeping in mind that my nails were a mess to being with, I went in with an open mind not sure of which direction I wanted to take with them. I was told to «pick a color» right off the bat, just like every other salon I’ve ever visited. So I did. After showing my nails to the tech, she kinda laughed at the shape of them, shook her head, and started filing away. Then she started to polish my nails with the polish I thought I chose. When I noticed it wasn’t the right color and told her, she got an attitude, walked over to the display of polish bottles with a few heavy sighs (muttering under hear breath in whatever language they speak there), came back and showed me another bottle (with the same color number one it, different brand) asking if that was the one I wanted. I said yes and asked why they were numbered the same but were different colors. Her reply was less than polite.
Long story short, the only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the man at the front desk that was very nice the entire time.
They never even asked my name. I won’t be back.

Visited here for the first time to check out the delux pedicure and 20 min massage for $ 40. This seriously had to be the best pedicure I ever had. The lady took her time, and was very thorough. She didn’t even rush thru massaging my feet and legs. It was amazing. After the pedicure was done, I got the 20 min massage. She even massaged my scalp and arms… I almost drooled! Lol. It was very clean, and the owner stopped by a few times to see how my experience was. He even joked around — very pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

My first experience here was fine, no complaints, though nothing spectacular. This morning I called and made an appointment to for my first fill at 5pm with Van (he calls himself Mr. Wonderful, what a joke). I informed him when I called that I had somewhere to be afterward and he said it would take about an hour. He was sitting in a chair watching TV when I arrived and told me he would be right with me. He disappeared to the back and didn’t come out until 5:15! The entire time he was doing my nails he was distracted; stopping to chit chat with others, getting up and leaving. Then when it came time to paint he had someone else do the design, which turned out absolutely horrible! I could have done a better job with my left hand. It was after 6:30 (half an hour longer than he said) before my nails were done, and I still had to dry. When I mentioned running late, aka already supposed to be where I was going, he said it was my fault because I failed to tell him over the phone that I had One nail repair. So on top of everything else, rather than apologizing be tried to blame me for him taking so long. I am now on my way to another nail salon to have my nails fixed. If this isn’t obvious already, I will NEVER return to L’europe Nail spa.

Truly is as good as it gets! Love the atmosphere, services are some of the best in Orlando let alone Clermont. I love to have a massage and if you are looking to relax, Christina is amazing, if you are looking for something a bit more with some Thai influx, Linda is incredible. Mani/​Pedi, facials and whatever you need, it is definitely the best place in Clermont. They were running a special and it is the best deal going for 50% off. Van and Meha, the owners love their customers and will make sure you enjoy everything about your experience!

I thought this place was perfect. I have been going to several different places in Clermont and tried this one on my birthday. It is so peaceful in there. It is not filled with loud ringing phones or employees yelling over the guests. It is CLEAN, very CLEAN. Calming music. This is such an awesome find. The prices were so reasonable too. I had Amy take care of me. So sweet. I cannot say enough about this place. It is the first place I have ever reviewed on Unilocal.Now, I am determined to tell everyone about it! Got the November pedicure special: hot stone massage spa pedicure. I used to go some place down the street but the atmosphere and quality of the service here are so much better I think I will come here from now on. I don’t treat myself too often so it’s worth a tiny bit more $$ for me. I had Christina and she did a great job!

What I like about this place is the advertised specials. You can get package deals and break them up if you wish for some great massages, facials and pedicures. I’ve had two massages there. While I should have spoken up about one of them because I would have liked more pressure, Christina was a good massage therapist.
The pedicures are in massage chairs and they do the salt scrub, warm towel and of course the polish. They don’t skimp on the foot massage either, which is usually an issue.
I am a fan and when I want to treat myself this is where I go. It’s a bit hard to find, as it is hidden away in an obscure building with empty stores, but worth the search by the Harley Davidson off of 27.
