This service is fantastic! The provider came to my location and repaired a cracked iPhone screen on the spot. He was very informative, thorough and repaired it in a short time (this may vary due to the repair needed). He was also able to point out the a part was missing (due to a previous repair from a different provider) and repaired that. The best part, is that came to me. I didn’t have to take my phone somewhere, drop it off and return at a later day. I would highly recommend this service.

THANK YOU THANK YOU! I was in a panic this morning when my trusty Ipad air fell off the counter and the screen shattered. Not knowing what to do — I googled IPad Screen Repair. Lo and behold, AJ and Tech OTG came to the rescue. He responded to my inquiry in less than 30 minutes. We spoke on the phone and by 3:30 this afternoon he was sitting at my table fixing my IPAD. This young man knows what friendly, responsive customer service is all about. Plus he is professional and very detailed about the quality of his work. AND he guarantees his work. Way to Go AJ! You Rock! And the price was so reasonable! I knew by first impression that this was the best of the best! I was right!

Tech OTG not only fixed my iPhone 6 when I cracked the screen but they came to me. They offered the best price and I didn’t have to go anywhere. The tech who helped me, I believe his name was AJ was excellent. Had my phone fixed in under 15 min flawlessly and also gave me a great deal on a glass screen protector. Defiantly would recommend these guys to anyone.
