History

Established in 1994.

Torrie’s Bail Bonds was established 1994 by Torrie N. Spatcher and was inspired by Arthur Threats. Arthur was an Orlando native that started his Bail Career in Eatonville, Florida. He mentored myself as well as Chelsa (baldy) Williams of Chelsa’s Bail Bonds into successful bail agents as well as agency owners. His commitment and loyalty to the community is what inspired us to branch off and try to reach as many people as possible. This small and humble company started with the intentions to make things fair and easier for the home town families that may not have collateral, but had honesty and integrity. Throughout the years we have been supportive and have tried to continue his way of doing business by being supportive and essentially allowing people to gain their freedom in the absence of collateral. I am a licensed Bail Agent as well as a Certified Bail Instructor. I have been in the business of bail for over 20 years. I got into the business of bail as a challenge to myself to succeed in a male dominated industry. Being a single parent of two girls life in bail was very difficult but I survived through hard work and dedication to my clients. I have been the most personable agent in Orange County. I have been recognized by local and State Officials as a leader in my community as it relates to the help we give our customers. We have had customers who in mansions as well as the projects. My philosaphy has remained the same. Treat all people with dignity and respect and good business shall follow.
