Established in 1989.

Norman Muskal, General Contractor and President of Regency Developers, was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. He received his B.S. in Business Admniistration from Kent State University and has over 20 years of hands-​on experience in the building industry. In 1989, Norm established his own company and built two exclusive developments in Howland and Cortland, OH. Each project features innovative plans, and range from traditional brick colonials to modern ranches. Our many satisfied customers attest to the professionalism and superior craftsmanship displayed by our team of specialists. This is a reflection of our exceptionally high standards and ability to orchestrate a plan of action from demolition to finished project. Today, Norm focuses on house rehabilitation, remodels and additions. We offer a «full circle» of home improvement services!
