I specialize in both buyer and seller inspections. Especially welcome are first-time home buyers.
Buyers are strongly recommended to schedule well before their closing date, and sellers are recommended to schedule before putting their property on the market, so that in case there’s a defect, it can be fixed beforehand.
Additional inspections include septic dye and water well testing.
Kindly permit at least three to four hours for the inspection. You will receive your report by email within 24 hours. Pictures are taken and will be emailed in a timely manner.
History
Established in 2009.
After many years in construction, I went back to school to get a degree. I did receive an AAS in Computer Information in 2001, but it wasn’t until I bought my present home that I missed being around and involved with buildings. Careful research lead me to home inspection school, where I could use my past and present expertise to help people make an informed decision on the home they were purchasing. I’ve inspected almost 200 homes since then, and love my job just as much (maybe more) as I did when I started. As I move into my seventh year in the business, I look forward to serving the public with good information, a positive attitude, and most importantly, honesty.

My father introduced me to the construction industry. He was an electrician, and what ever he was interested in, I was too. I spent many productive years in construction, so becoming a home inspector is a natural progression for me. When I have to hire someone to perform a service for me, I want to know I’m hiring a qualified professional. I expect you to do the same.
