I found multiple pieces of hair in my food. It was disgusting and after waiting an hour for the food that made it worse.

Decent food for decent price and good service. There is always someone pleasant at the counter. I have never used delivery but the pick-up service is quick and easy. If you love your neighborhood, small business, decent Chinese food spot this is a winner.

To me, it seems like Amazing Wok is simply another Chinese take-out place. Nothing special about it. The food is pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary. I will say, however, that they give generous portions for the price point, and they don’t go overkill on the salt. I’ve tried New China Dragon as well and Amazing Wok, in comparison, does a far better job in terms of salt levels. After eating food from here, I did not feel lethargic or dehydrated. I’ve definitely have had much better places. This place, however, delivers! I’m not sure if Amazing Wok is related to Amazing Wok 2(I assume they are as the names are practically the same); if you are in between choosing between Amazing Wok and Amazing Wok 2, you should probably know that the prices at Amazing Wok are somewhat cheaper. I ordered delivery and it took them a little over an hour to deliver. The gentleman that delivered was not friendly, but when is quality service ever expected of a Chinese restaurant. When he opened his car window, I had to hide my disgust at the smell. It was a three way competition among his body odor, cigarette smoke, and pot. Needless to say the first thing I did when getting back was to throw away the bag that carried the takeout. This is a great place for late night food as on Fridays and Saturdays, as they are open until 11:30pm. It’s cheaper than(New) China Dragon. If you like average/mediocre chinese food that does its job, this is a fantastic option. I know I’m only giving three stars, but that’s because this place is just A-OK. Nothing more, nothing less. I probably will order from this place again; the food is not bad. If, however, Cleveland had a substantial Chinese population(and hence competition who knows good food from bad), this establishment would never survive. Pros: Good Price/value, good quantity, open late Neutral: Rude staff, stoned driver, average quality Cons: Slow delivery
