So, I decided to try out a new bus line besides mega bus. The site and service appeared to be more upscale but this is not the case. I was hoping for a more comfortable ride.
Issue first started with the ticket as well as the site not being specific. It does not mention which stop in Cincinnati I was supposed to be at for the departure time listed (which megabus does). It is not mentioned on their site either and I assume they didn’t have anyone up that early to answer my call.
At the transfer spot in Indy, I thought that since I paid for barons that I’d ride barons all the way. This was not the case and not mentioned at all when I bought the ticket, in the confirmation, or even on the physical ticket itself. Luckily an employee pointed out that I was on a greyhound. Barons did use the greyhound terminals which could’ve been a warning but I assumed greyhound leased out some of their spots.
So all in all, I paid more for a ticket on a trip that ended up taking longer than megabus with less clarity.

This is a substandard bus service with rude drivers and poor customer service. Due to driver error, I missed my first bus and had to wait 5.5 hours to take the next bus. I called customer service and presented possible solutions but was told that I would only be refunded the bus fare and I would have to wait for the next bus departing 5.5 hours after the original scheduled bus.
