We are family owned and operated for over 29 year. Designs by Floral Images formally known as Floral Images. I took over ownership in 2010 and LOVE it. I love the West Park area and customers are the BEST!

Extremely disappointed! My little brother had his first baby and we sent a bouquet. It looks nothing like what I ordered. Really, really wish I had asked someone in Cleveland for a recommendation!
P. s. I hate baby’s breath and a big gaudy bow, neither were in the picture of the bouquet I ordered!

I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a florist ever. I usually buy flowers at Giant Vulture. And I think in my twenties I called places for delivery a couple times. Today I was out buying some Nic Cage movies (I’m real busy these days), and was coming home on Lorain Road en route to said supermarket to get the missus some flowers. On a whim, I stopped by this shop. There were tons of dudes in there getting flowers. But my order only took about ten minutes. I picked out a cute vase and they asked how much I wanted to spend. I said fortie-​ish. It came to 45 in the end, but it’s perfect. And handcrafted by sweet ladies at a quaint throwback shop. It reminded me of that Ashton Kutcher movie Valentines Day. Just kidding. It wasn’t a steaming pile of excrement so it was nothing like that movie. They also do balloons and teddy bears and all that good stuff. Thumbs up!

Ridiculous, unprofessional behavior.
My daughter, a college student, used 800flowers to send a bouquet for my birthday. I sent her a pic of the lovely flowers. She was upset because the bouquet was ½ the size of the pic she selected on line. She called 800flowers, price adjustment. No problem.
UNTIL Designs by Floral Images called me demanding that I COUNT the flowers for them! Rude and pushy. Mind you, this is my birthday, my afternoon off from work.
WHY is the end customer involved in this? We have pics of both bouquets, (THE ADVERTISED AND THE ACTUAL) and they do NOT match. The actual does not come close.
Too bad I can’t upload the images…
End result, Designs by Floral Images is picking up the flowers tomorrow. No problem. We are not flower thieves, but we are not suckers either.
