Chris H and Jeremy E.

Business Owner

Chris began his culinary adventures at Lopez Bar and Grill studying under Eric Williams, owner and chef of Momochos and happy dog. He graduated from Scottsdale Le cordon blue and then he took a job working for James Beard winner Christopher Gross.

After opening Christopher’s and Crush in Phoenix, Arizona he decided to move to New York City, where he began working for April Bloomfield at Micheline Star restaurant The Spotted Pig. After getting off work at 3:30 AM he and fellow chefs would hit up the taco truck for late night dining. He fell in love with food trucks and decided it would be the easiest way to serve his cuisine to everyone at a price all could afford.

Esterly chose to go to the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont and graduated in 2006, and landed a position at Fire Food and Drink in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2007, Esterly took a position as sous chef and was allowed to have some input on future menus. In 2009, Esterly took the position of Chef de Cuisine at Fire
