Business Owner

Jim was compelled to start Direct Connect in 1992 after working for a computer sales and service company in downtown Cleveland. His experience goes back to the early 1980’s when computers started to become «personal». During that time he served in the US Army and gained valuable experience in the latest technology advances.

Jim offers his services in the areas of sales, consulting and help desk support. He is here to ensure that his customers are making the best choice when it comes to spending their IT dollars. When working with him, you’ll get the feeling that he’s really looking out for your best interest and will ensure that you have a comfortable experience in dealing with their team.
