Run, don’t walk, from this rip off place. You can’t get an itemized receipt for services here, and you can’t trust their work with the most minor of things. Less than a week after purchasing a new battery that they installed, amongst other things they supposedly «fixed», my car failed to start.
I was told to have it towed back to their lot, which was impossible to do then and there as I had a full work day.
The next day when I could find the time to wait around for a AAA tow, one pop of the hood revealed that the battery was wobbling on it’s shelf, one of the cables had never been tightened,~ it was so loose it didn’t make contact with the battery, causing the electrical system to fail. Easy enough for the tow guy to fix, but extremely inconvenient for me that day and the next.
Additionally, the brake work they performed and rattle from the front end were similarly shoddily addressed.
When I returned to complain about the battery and the rest of their lousy work, the smart aleck kid behind the counter accused me of leaving the lights on and wearing the battery down!!!
Coincidentally, later that day, I was approached in an entirely different part of town by a customer who had witnessed this interaction, and she said she too, had been hoodwinked over there on repairs, and had had words with the management moments before I arrived.
