The quality and extent of inventory of our rentals exceeds any in this area. We add new products monthly. All equipment is maintained on site, cleaned, touched up and packaged. This ensures our products arrive in perfect condition: clean, free of defects, linens crisp and covered, glassware and dinnerware sanitized, sparkling, wrapped and ready to use.

We employ friendly, honest, polite, uniformed service staff that reflects positively back to you. Transportation is provided with our own service fleet of trucks. Your order is tracked so its status is current and any last minute changes can be swiftly addressed.

Business Owner

John Bibbo, Jr., an accredited Certified Event Rental Professional, is president of family-​owned Event Source, Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio’s largest source for rental products. His expertise is his total commitment to customer service and satisfaction, state-​of-​the-​art operations and top quality products. Bibbo was one of the founding members of the Cleveland Chapter of International Special Events Society (ISES) and currently serves as its president and a member of the Columbus chapter. He initiated the Special Event Business Analysis Group (SEBAG) and participated in many interest groups during his 25-​year membership in the American Rental Association (ARA).
