Take a trip to where it all began: Grandma Campbell’s Cupcakes in the West Side Market! Inspired by owner Jeff Campbell’s mother –Freda Campbell – the stand originally opened in 2007 as «Grandma Freda’s Fresh Bake.» Eventually re-​named as «Grandma Campbell’s,» the cupcakes, cookies and baked goods of Grandma Campbell quickly have become a trademark of Cleveland’s historic West Side Market, as well as increasing in popularity in the Greater Cleveland area.
